A New Start

Chapter 1

It all started on the day when they argued. Her world seemed to come a sudden stop, but the earth kept rotating. The only thing that Ah Jung saw was his lips moving. Tears formed at the rim of her eyes.

They parted and she left the coffee store. He ran after her, but it was too late. She bolted across the street and turned back for just a second. Maybe if she didnt hesitate that day, everything could've been okay. Lights pierced her eyes, and all went dark. Kang Joon ran to Ah Jung, tears filled his eyes.

Ah Jung opens her eyes, everything was a blur. She slowly close her eyes. Kang Joon panic, he yelled "wake up!" His heart dropped to his stomach. Blood ran through his heart and to his brain. The ambulance came 30 minutes later and she got transmitted to the hospital.

During the sugery, a feeling of panic washed over Kang Joon. What if she couldn't live. Random thoughts ran through his head. He was very impatient and complained about how long it took for the surgery. The nurses said the surgery would be successful if he just waited. He couldn't wait anymore if she dies, he'll die too.

After three hours, the surgery was successful! A feeling of happiness wavered over the whole building. He ran in her room, she was still in coma. The doctor said call him when she wakes up from this coma.

Hours and days had past, but she did not wake up. Kang Joon felt something was odd. Why wasn't she waking up it's been three days.He left the room to get a drink. When he came back she was awake.

The nurses tried to calm her down from her kicking and yelling. Kang Joon ran in to stop her tantrum. She calmed down after geting a shot. Who are you? she asked.
You don't remember me? I'm Kang Joon.
Kang Joon? She said with a confused voice. No I don't remember you.
