Nightmare instantly woke up to the stabbing in his chest then quickly wraps one of his tentacles around Killer's wrists but struggling to push him back since his soul was injured in the process of the stabbing.

after the tentacle wrapped around killers wrist killer panicked a bit and lost his balance on the branch and started wobbling side to side trying to gain balance again

Nightmare watched as he let go of Killers wrists and waited for him to fall as he was never the one to care about other monsters. After a quick thought passed hid mind he then helped Killer gain his balance quicker and wrapped another tentacle around his upper body making killer sit down on the branch facing him then looks him dead in the eyes.

"let go of me octopus!"
