Maddie's POV
I returned after getting my mom and Kenzie was laying on the ground, dead. I couldn't believe it. My little sister was dead. We always thought she was dead before until we saw her. We were just meeting again and now she's dead.
I sat down on the floor and hugged Kenzie's dead body. My mom kneeled down to stroke her hair. Her hands were cold and there wasn't any movement but my mom's and mine.

Before I went to the bed, I looked over at a picture of Kenzie and I. Tears streamed down my face. Kenzie was dead and I blamed myself. If we went to the hospital when she had woken up, then she wouldn't be dead. She would not have to run away from the hospital. But we didn't go to the hospital. But we didn't go.
Dance kept me away from Kenzie. It kept me away from going to see her. Then, she just died.
