I was in the lift.
There was a man with me... We both needed to go on the 8th floor.
Accidentally while entering inside, my arm had brushed against him...
He gave me a annoyed look and he started to shout at me...!
I patiently said, "sorry"
Even he knew that it was an accident!
He still was not satisfied, constantly muttering to himself he too got out of the lift!
He went his way and I went mine!
Soon after few interviews, A man came in my cabin, he was so astonished to see me as a interviewer that he actually stumbled in the door itself.
I was smiling, I welcomed him, he sat restless. In just a few seconds, he came back to normal, looked confident!!
And first word which he said was, 'Am sorry sir, this won't happen again!!'
He was saying it genuinely..!
And then interview went on fluently...! !
Few days after that man called me with happiness and surprise in his voice!
'How? I mean..sir..wow..'
I replied him, 'humans are prone to make mistakes, but ability to accept it politely is what have helped you to get this job.'
