{??? POV}

"The bath's ready" Shuichi announced, exiting the bathroom with Kokichi right behind him. "Everything Miu gave me should be in there along with an outfit...Are you guys sure that you can handle him?"

"Of course!" The astronaut declared, directing Shuichi to his bed. "Stop worrying so much, we've got this! Relax and read a book or something!"

"Nooo! Don't go!" Kokichi whined while tugging on the detectives pants leg.

Shuichi patted the kid's head and picked him up.

"You'll be fine, okay?" He reassured before handing me Kokichi.

"You can count on us Sidekick!" Kaito declared, walking into the bathroom.

I followed with the struggling toddler in my grip.

"Noooo!!"

Slam!

"I hope he doesn't give them too much trouble..."

{ Maki's POV}

"Hey! Stop splashing!"

"No!"

"The water belongs in the bath, not on the floor!"

"No!" I let out a sigh and rolled my eyes.

Once Kaito and I finally got Kokichi into the bath, he continued to fight us. As usual this ended with both of them arguing.

"We might as well stop fighting the little punk..." Kaito sighed, while taking a seat on the floor.

"Mhm, at this rate we'll just have to get Shuichi." I took a seat next to him.

"Any ideas?" I crossed my arms and thought about it.

"Well?" We sat in silence for a few moments.

"Hmm, I think so..."

"Then let's hear it Maki-roll!"

I rolled my eyes before whispering my plan to the astronaut.

{ Shuichi's POV}

"Shuichi!" Kokichi shouted from Maki's arms as the trio exited the bathroom.

"And how exactly did you get that to work?!" I panicked, pointing at Maki and the toddler in her arms.

Kaito shrugged with a smirk on his face.

"It was nothing, right Maki-roll?" The astronaut looked at the girl beside him.

"Mhm, after minutes of getting nowhere with Kokichi, I decided to put our differences aside and handle things...maturely."

"So...what did you do?" The assassin didn't respond.

"...you don't have to tell me if you don't want to, I was just curious." I clarified, not trying to upset the girl.

"I-"

"Maki promised to do something!" Kokichi blurted, exposing the assassin.

Maki gasped as her face slowly become red.

"You brat! You weren't supposed to say that!" She shouted, quickly giving me Kokichi who seems entertained.

"Listen Maki-Roll there's no need to be embarrassed it's just a-"
