Kill or Be Killed - Danganronpa Inspired

Motive

"Hey Big Brother! Wake up! Let's playyyy!"  A voice of a little girl called out to me,

"Come onnnnn!!" The small voice begged.

I slowly opened my eyes to see the little girl smiling at me, dragging me out of my bed.

I couldn't see her face, only her smile. Her cheerful smile. I got up and--

I jolted up and turned my attention to where the little girl was supposed to be. There were no signs of her or anyone inside my room. I guess it was all just a dream.

I quickly got changed to my everyday clothes and headed for the kitchen.

"You're up early." Ken said. He holds the Title of Extreme Level Singer.

I shrugged and took out a fresh apple and a glass of water from the fridge. The others continued to arrive, heading to their newly made friends. As for me, I'm with Ed, Kyle, and Josh.

"You're the extreme level yakuza right? Ain't your goons going to find you or something? I mean, that's what usually happens right? Even in games." Josh said, Kyle gesturing an I don't know as his answer. 

"Are we really going to be stuck in this hellhole? Man, there's nothing to do here." Ed complained as a group of girls giggled.

"What are they on about?" Ed whispered

The girls stood up and made their way towards us, as they were about to speak something came up. 

Pimpampompum! This is a PA Broadcast, please make your way towards the gym.

"What is it now?" Edriane said, everyone sighing as they opened the door to the gym. Everyone was in shock to see that a few monitors were lying in wait in tables with everyone's name scribbled in a note.

"What are you plotting now, Monokuma?" Kyle said, expecting for an answer. 

Pupupupu.. I was wondering why everyone wasn't killing anyone, but then I realized I was missing something very crucial! No one's going to kill who without any reasons right? Before you are monitors with DVD tapes on them, I want you all to watch the video provided in your DVD tapes and no peeking! Pupupupu.. It giggled as we all sat down to watch the tapes Monokuma has prepared for us.

I moved the mouse and surely the screen turned on with the video file waiting for me to play it. I cautiously played it.

"Hello Ron, You were selected as one of the 16 students to enter Monokuma's International Hope Institution! You must work hard to achieve your goal, alright son?" The video file contained my family cheering on for me, I felt relieved but as soon as I looked back to my screen, something distorted happened. Everything was in total chaos, the area where they were supposed to be was ripped into shreds. Fragments from the windows scattered on the floor, flower pots broken down, the screen was flickering and after every flicker was Monokuma getting closer to the screen. The video ended, saying What do you think happened to them? Find out after you "graduate." I glanced at my friends, they were not looking good. Some had fallen out of their chair, some even screamed their lungs out. Whatever that was in our videos, it was total chaos. 

Pupupupu.. Your faces tainted by Despair, oh how Despairingly Beautiful they are! Their eyes drowned in deep Despair, the colors of your faces drained by seeing your loved ones disappear  right in front of you, Despairingly Beautiful indeed! Pupupupu.. 

"What did you do to them?!" Ian shouted, Making all of us turn our attention to his direction. Pupupupu.. I told you, didn't I? You'll know when you "graduate." Pupupupu.. "Why you little-" He clenched his fists as he made his way towards Monokuma. "Hold him down!" Aira commanded, Kyle, Edriane, Ken and a few others held him down.

"Letting your anger get the best of you is not going to solve anything. We already told you that." Rhian said, gesturing to take him away from Monokuma.

Pupupupu.. I'll let you students handle things on your own, bye now! Pupupupu.. It vanished again to thin air.

A shriek was heard as someone had ran out of the door, Ian forcefully pushed everyone holding him down to run after them. Nicole, Beatrice, and Niea trailing them. Everyone let out a deep breath and went back to the kitchen. What happened completely drained us out. We were all quiet, some still trying to take in what had happened while others seemed continued to distract themselves, probably to keep their sanity in place.

"We're not really going to do what he asks us to do... right?" Mika cautiously said. At this point, everyone was unsure of each other.  "Y-yeah, she's right. We shouldn't fall into his plans, he wants us to do exactly what we think someone's gonna do." Chloe said, she was clearly shaking out of fear, you could clearly see her doing so.

"All we can do for now is trust each other. We may have not known each other for a long time but we have to. Let's go somewhere to relax, alright?" I suggested, everyone agreed to my idea and shortly after, everything was back to normal. Or is it?
