Richie is sent to an asylum for murdering his parents. Eddie is already there for killing his mother. They're cell neighbors and it picks off when Richie arrives.
The other one is Eddie is a doctor/scientist at an asylum. He receives Richie as a patient since he's new and no one else can handle him.
