As I slowly dragged Frost into the alley we had been living in for the past few days, I wondered if anyone would come.
"J-jager, it hurts." Frost said, clearly in pain from the bullet. Her voice was soft, and weak. The Canadian was shot earlier. Using a modified ADS that I made that can extract bullets, I placed it on the bullet hole on her chest. I mentally counted to three and activated it, the magnets inside working to get the bullet out.
"Gah, ah, fuck!" Frost-no, Tina screamed in pain. I grabbed a broken jaw piece of a Welcome Mat and put it in her mouth.
"Bite down." I said, seeing the look on her face through my visor. She bit down on the jaw piece, tears welling up in her eyes.
"Fuckin' idiot. Whad are you doin', muckin' about!? That's my job!" Smoke-James, had finally came back, med supplies in hand, and his mask on.
"Getting out a fucking bullet idiot! Now, did you get fucking gauze?" I asked.
James pulled out some gauze from the box, and handed it to me. I pulled off the Modified ADS and wrapped some gauze on Tina.
Suddenly, a sharp pain ran through my head. Infect, infect , save her, INFECT her to save her, she won't survive , DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT!
"Marius, you aight' mate?" James asked.
"No, I am not alright, my pain, remember the Outbreak?" I asked him. Claws and tendrils appear, James suddenly understood. In that moment, I did the stupidest thing I could ever do.
I. Infected. Frost.
