Izuku walked one of the lesser known, dirtier and unfamiliar streets of Mustafu, his home town, while on a mission for his new hero agency that he had the pleasure of interning at. Upon new management of Nighteye Agency and the rescue of a young girl by the name of Eri from Shie Hassakai leader, Kai Chisaki, It was decided that heroes of this agency would move back onto their most pressing issue at the moment. Vigilantes. To be specific, the vigilante known by the general public as Ghost.

You see, authorities had been struggling for years to catch this, presumably, man and prevent him from committing anymore acts of violence. Although many viewed vigilantes as helpful assets to the hero community, they were unlicensed and unnecessarily violent when it came to dealing with situations involving villains. This has led to severe injury and collateral damage in the past. Being a licensed hero meant that you could make a living out of your passion while still abiding by the laws set that came with the human evolution that began to give roughly eighty percent of the human race super-human abilities.

New information entailed that Ghost was part of a larger vigilante group. This information included educated guesses and predictions based on the location of activity and similar fighting patterns and methods used by said vigilantes. The agency Izuku was interning with had concluded that sending him as an undercover spy to the location they could only assume was being used as a base would be logical. While he had made his debut, he was still a student who only recently attained his license. It was more likely that he'd be welcomed as a member due to the fact he appeared impressionable and open to new ideals.

Ascertaining that the earpiece and microphone that were well concealed against his clothes were in place and functioning, he approached a large, run down building. The structure looked as though it had long since been abandoned, the bricks of the wall chipping away with accents of broken windows, graffiti crawling across the bricks and miscellaneous pieces of rubbish scattered around the concrete ground.

"Are you sure this is the right place?" Izuku murmured into his mic timidly.

"As sure as we can be," Mirio reassured the boy, having been forced to work behind the scenes with the loss of his quirk. Izuku looked up at the towering building, feeling apprehensive of the situation. "Just go in, and see what you can find. Just don't act too sneaky, and you'll be fine. Remember; You're here to find both the leader of this group and Ghost."

"Got it." He replied. He could hear his heartbeat drumming loudly in his ear, rapid thuds pushing blood and adrenaline through his veins as he felt his hands gradually begin to heat up and become rather sweaty due to his nerves. His mind continued to race as he began to force open the door, which should have been powered and was blocked shut with a large reception desk. Once within the walls of the structure, he felt a chill run down his spine as he looked around. Upon barely skimming the room with his eyes, he decided on taking the lift to the basement. If you're going to hide in a building this large and in such a secluded spot of the city, going underground would make sense, right? The amount of tunnels and escape routes that you could take in the event of a police or villain raid would be far too much to fathom properly without seeing it for yourself.

Izuku couldnt help but bite the inside of his cheek as he anxiously waited for the lift to come to a halt as he stared at the numbers lit up, then flickered out to the next number. He went lower, and lower, and lower as more and more doubts and questions of this mission filled his head. While he did have his hero license on his person in the event of the building being deemed private property by the law, as the licence would serve as ID and a permit to search the premises for the time being, the thought that he was now in an old, possibly abandoned and unsteady building alone, multiple metres below the Earths surface where no-one could get to him in time if he ran into villains or the building gave out above him was a daunting thought that he couldn't keep out of his mind.
