"Is your foot okay?" Leo whispers through the wall and I lay on my bed looking at the ceiling emotionless.
"It's fine.."
"Are you okay?" He questions and I shrug my shoulders even tho he can't see me.
"I guess. I just want everything to end that's all. I'm tired already" I let out a soft sigh and he exhales too.
"Kookie , I know this place is terrible and with Jason's situation now it's even more terrible but look at the bright side. We are alive"
"That's the dark side for me"
"Oh come on stop being edgy and grumpy , free your mind from all these useless thoughts , you ain't going nowhere like that" I couldn't agree more with his words and I didnt know what to do.
"I'll try"
"You'll try? KOOKIE , we have a whole ass day ahead of us , today I'll make you the best fighter of them all." He says proudly and I smile.

"Here" he takes my hand having a tight grip around it " don't move this too much. That's why you lose balance , see?" He keeps pushing me and I clumsily would get pushed back , I couldn't stay steady.
"Alright , how do we fix that?"

He kept showing me what I should do and i tried my best to copy them as good as i could. With my foot hurting i couldn't do much but he knows it.
That's why he was being gentle towards me not pushing me and punching me with all of his force.
He was so focused on showing me how to survive that he would literally kill himself just for me to survive.
