(Gray's pov)
About two weeks ago, which was a week before the dance, Grace had put a juul in my locker because she didn't want it anymore. She was getting antsy about it and had thrown it in my locker for me to take home. Well I had told her to take it back because I didn't want it but she wouldn't take it back and told me to give it to someone else. I was then sort of freaking out because I didn't want to get caught with it.
I texted a couple of people asking if they would take t but no one wanted it. Then Rene texted and said that she wanted it. I was honestly really relieved that she would take it. She took it to her house two days before the dance and I had completely forgotten about it.
I woke up this Friday morning feeling kind of shitty because I had gotten into it with Kj last night because Marley had told her more lies about me and Kj kept believing her because Marley is her girlfriend, why wouldn't she believe her right? Well I cried myself to sleep again and woke up wrecked. I really didn't want to go to school but I had no choice since I wasn't sick.
I got to school and Kj wasn't talking to me and I wasn't really making an effort to talk to her because I was so tired. Suddenly, during class, there was an announcement from the dean of students telling the teachers to keep students in the classrooms and that during break, we weren't allowed to go to our cars. This meant that the drug dogs were at school.
This is where is all went wrong. Rene started telling me the she had given the juul to Palo and he had it in hid car but she didn't think he would get caught since it wasn't weed and the dogs wouldn't have smelled it. I continued along with my day and when we got to English class Rene got a text from Palo.
"Gray, Palo got caught with your juul."
"What are you talking about, my juul?"
"It's your juul Gray."
"You gave it to him? That's not mine, it was slipped into my locker and you wanted it so I gave it to you, don't blame this on me."
