As what it says here his weapons are the handgun,knife,smokebombs he only uses his gun for worst case scenario also remove the two belt around his legs to not make it look like a underwear but keep the one that is lower
Second his gloves are the gloves for his upgraded suit from the anime he also has some kind of ninja mask on for his identity
Third his quirk is not a quirk but it is a power he did not manifested someone gave it to him you will have to find out who gave it to him
