7: Hades and Persephone

Sol

"Sol..."

A soft voice woke me up from deep sleep. And someone is caressing my hair, I hugged that someone's waist and as soon as I smelled their scent I smiled. I inhaled her for more scent.
So earlier wasn't a dream. That made my smile bigger. I kissed her waist. I nibble with it to tickle her.

"Sol, I got to go"

That made my eyes widened I quickly let go of her waist and grasped her hands. It so dark in here, I can't even see which of her hand am I holding I just quickly grabbed the one which caressing my hair.

"You're not leaving. You promised" I told her and tucked my head to her bare delicate chest and wrapped my arms around her. I was fascinated of how her skin perfectly moulds with mine.

"I have to. Moon duties remember?" Luna rested her chin in my head while I ignored her and just cuddled with her chest. I can't believe what I just did. What WE just did. I won't forget it. And much certainly won't regret it.

"Sol..."

"Hmm?"

"You didn't answer me"

"Answer what?"

"Could I go?"

I sighed. There's no stopping it anyway, even herself. Suddenly I felt cold again knowing any minute now, she'll be gone, and I have to wait another twelve hours for her. The thought itself saddened me.

I light a fire with my hand and that's where I saw her. Beautiful. My eyes marveled at her body.

"Don't" she covered herself with both her hands. "Peach and the others said I mustn't show my body with anybody" she mumbled and her cheeks flushed. I chuckled. We already done such thing more essential than seeing each other's bare body. Why does she have to be so goddamn cute all the time?

"But i'm just not an anybody. I'm your Sol. And I belong to you. You enslave me the moment you landed your eyes on me." I smirked at her while she looked at me with those clueless eyes.

I pouted. "That sort of hurt, chit. I can't believe you see me as only a 'somebody'" I pretended that i'm hurt and dramatically placed my hands on my chest.

"No. You're somebody I like very much" she said she smiled at me and I was smitten with it. I smiled back. She's cheating again. I can never escape that smile.

"Alright. You can go. And I'll be waiting for you, my baby Moon" I said and stroked her long hair and smell it. She smiled and grabbed her dress on the side of the bed, wore it and picking something up from it's pockets. And she handed it to me. And wore her dress. I looked at the thing, it's a necklace made from small stem and twigs and it's pendant is a stone. Stone from the Heaven Island. I wonder if this stone will still glow when it's midnight, even if it's no longer living in that island.

"For me?" I asked and my heart sunk when she nodded and hugged me. I can't stop smiling. Love sick.

"Thank You" I muttered and can't help feeling blessed and lucky that I've captured a very gentle and selfless chit.

And after that she's gone. I place the necklace to my chest. I can feel my heart us ready to jump out my chest anytime soon.

I miss her already.

I was standing by the angel oak tree where my chit will arrive after long hours. I waited patiently and a little irritated because Ember the elephant keeps bugging me. And Velma the vixen keeps talking about an ancient poetry that I can't even consume in my mind.
