Chapter 1

     We were five girls looking for the time of our lives that summer. We wanted to find romance and adventure. All the things that only happen in books, that was our hunt. Driving, sailing, flying all over the world to find our man, the one to make our minds yearn for their attention and our hearts to burst with love and passion. That was our journey, our journey to the unknown to find our destiny.

     That is why we are waiting to board a plane to Sweden. Why are we going to Sweden you may ask? Well, it all started when Esme dreamed of the mountains in Sweden and since we had to start somewhere, why not there. I should have said this beforehand, but I am Amina. I'm writing all our adventures down to make my own story and maybe get published someday. Anyway, we have a whole 10 hours and 28 minutes to go, so I can start telling you about my friends and me.

     Now, where do I start? Let's begin by Esme as I have already mentioned her. She is the last person I met in the group. She used to be chubby until she made a big change, she is the most hyper from all of us. She stands at  5'7 being one of the tallest. Her problem is that she needs to believe more in herself. She has all these wonderful guys following her but she is insecure. She is on this trip to find her mystery man but also to learn to follow her instinct and to know her self better. Anna is the longest one I have known in the group. We met when we were merely 8 and became friends instantly even with our opposing character. She is a child of God in every sense of the words. We made her come along to experience life before her parents make her settle down. We want to show her what it means to have fun and let loose before we all have to grow up and join the real world. We are looking for a guy for her even if she doesn't know it yet.

      Then comes May, she is a handful even though whoever finds her should cherish her until the end of time. On this trip, she will learn to feel, to be guided and trust another person. Kali is the third person I met in the group, she is as sour as she is sweet. Passing down the walls established in her heart, there is a light that shines brighter than twenty suns, someone just has to dig through, and finally me. Truthfully I don't know what to say about myself. I am mainly on this trip as I have said before because of the chance to let loose and make great memories that will stay on paper centuries to come. However, now that you know a little bit about us lets see how this adventure unfolds.

Note:

I am extremely bored because of social distancing, even though I don't go out as much anyway. The isolation hits different when they make you do it and it's not a choice that is why I'm writing this story.
