Reunion of Aziz & Feride

Final Reunion

Feride travels to reunite with Aziz at his new residence. The home had plenty of land, so much that it seemed abandoned. No neighbors were nearby, as it was a private countryside area. She drags luggage across the woodsy area, soon after recognizing a man wearing a flannel. Feride finds Aziz chopping wood as if to prepare a fire. Aziz continues his task until suddenly, he hears footsteps approaching. He turns around and his eyes widened with excitement, seeing his Feride appear in front of him. Feride stands in front of Aziz, smiling at the fact she found him. No words were expressed, as their exchange of elongated glances represented feelings without vocalizing. There couldn't have been a better moment in time for them to be together. Feride had finally left her family that did not support her hearts desires. This gave her the opportunity to live her dream life with the man she loved. Running away to be together was no longer a distant thought, but a reality. The familial obstacles were no longer a factor in their forbidden relationship. Their dreams finally became their future.

Feride is anxiously preparing for the moment she has been waiting for all along. She no longer feels guilt to carry the Korkmazer name next to hers. Her & Aziz could finally spend the rest of their lives with each other; filled with love & joy.

She begins to prepare for her big day, wearing the necklace Aziz gave her. On her dresser is the wedding gown of her late mother. With beautiful detailing, she felt as if she could not touch it at all, in fears of destroying it's beautiful appearance. Luckily, as she slips it on it is a perfect fit; as if it were meant just for her. After putting it on, she looks at her reflection in the mirror, seeing her mother in herself. Knowing if she was still alive, she would be proud & happy for her daughter. As tears begin to fill Feride's eyes, she stops herself from doing so by wiping down her face, as not to destroy her makeup. She then proceeded to her dresser, & pulled out the silver earrings she wore the same day Aziz talked about promising their love. Finally, Feride adjusts her hair by pulling a few strands in front to frame her face. Now Feride was finally able to walk down to unite with her lover.

Meanwhile, Aziz was preparing in his corridor. He adjusted his tie & made sure that his hair was perfectly styled. Today was the day he could commit to Feride for eternity. As he made his final adjustments, he steps out standing in front of Feride's door, desperately wanting to take a peek. Instead, he remained still for a moment, and went outside to meet at the altar.

The wedding was set up to have a small gathering with just Altan, Emine, Sultan & Feride's aunt. Their families were not in the picture due to the lack of support of their relationship. Sadly, Feride's father never approved of Aziz, regardless of her efforts to prove his decency.

Kerem was in prison and was not able to attend the wedding. But he was made aware of it by Aziz; calling him when time was given. Kerem was overjoyed that Feride would be his new sister-in-law, and apologized for his faults of the past. He made sure to ask Aziz about Sultan, as she was his hardest goodbye. Aziz assures him that she is fine & happy; Kerem becomes emotional over the phone, wishing congratulations once more before hanging up.

After speaking with Kerem, Aziz was finally ready to meet with his forever. He finally walks to the altar, and is becomes overwhelmed with emotions. This day was long awaited for them, as it took a long time for Aziz & Feride to truly be husband & wife. Now, no obstacles stood in their way.

Feride arrives and glides down the aisle to meet Aziz. When Aziz first saw her in her mother's dress, he was unable to hold back tears. This caused Feride to become emotional, barely able to keep it together due to excitement. She stands in front of him, and they took each other hand in hand. Altan, Emine, Sultan, & Feride's aunt look at them in pure admiration of their love for one another. Azize & Feride give their words for each other before exchanging rings.

Aziz: "Feride, Ah Feride. .... I won't turn my back on you."

Feride: "And I won't turn my back on you, Aziz. Never."

She smiles widely & Aziz reciprocates with a smirk. They exchange rings with each other, symbolizing their final reunion.

The passenger completed his difficult journey, reuniting with his lover at last. This time, forever.
