Cloud elementals can control clouds, precipitation, and the weather. Their weaknesses include: Clear skies, not much is known. Their strengths include: Cloudy days, clouds, not much is known. They can't be outside when it's a completely clear sky for over two hours or else they'll get sick. Their powers include: Nubikinesis, cloud walking, self atmokinesis, atmokinesis, aerial adaptation, cloud flight, and phasing via clouds. You'll mainly find cloud elementals chilling on top of a cloud. These elementals are like the lesser cousin of storm elementals.
