But with their exceptional strength and keen intellect comes a curse: the blood that runs through their veins that should be warm, is ice cold. Unable to tolerate the heat they live in isolation, only emerging at night.
Red is a vampire, his family part of a clan that stretches back to the first of their kind. They are powerful and strong, with sight and smell that surpasses the normal person.
But like the wolves, Red and his family also have a curse as well. Their blood is too warm, and the heat from the sun also causes them to overheat in the daytime.
