Perfect (Bethany & Mark)

Chapter 1

Bethany POV.

The jive this week was a success! Derek and I got all 8's, he says that's really good for a first dance! I'm really excited but nervous at the same time for the dance we're doing this week, we have foxtrot, but that's not what I'm worried about......Derek wants me to stand up on a bass...yeah good luck getting that to work! I'm such a klutz and I have already twisted my ankle.....not even at rehearsal, nice job Bethany. Derek should be here by now, he's always late though, how does he expect for me to manage getting this dance down if we never have practice!! Ugh, I'll go see if Sadie is here, she told me that Mark is late a lot too. I walk down the hallway to their rehearsal studio, I look through the window and see Sadie sitting on the floor on her phone, and she looks bored out of her mind...good. That means we can hang out. I open the door, "heyyyy Sadieee!!!!" "Oh hey Bethany. Derek not here either?" "Nope." "Boys." I laugh at her smug comment. Right then they both walk in. "Oh I see how it is!" Sadie playfully yells, "y'all think you can show up late just 'cause y'all are pros huh?!" Derek laughs, "We're not late, Y'ALL are early!" Mark says, mocking Sadie's accent. Sadie actually looks kinda frustrated now. "Ok, ok, guys let's just get to practice, Y'ALL have already wasted enough time." I giggle at myself, and look at sadie who laughs, "alrighty smarty pants that's enough of that." Sadie says. Derek and I go to our room to start rehearsing and Sadie and Mark start.

Ok sorry this sucked, I just wanted to kinda give an idea of what's going on, so yeah, they're all friends, like I'm guessing they are in real life, so yeah, that's it I'm gonna try and make long chapters too. Leave comments for what you think I should do different or anything you'd like to see!!❤
