You woke up with a groan. You stood up and ran to the bathroom. Luigi saw and knocked on the bathroom door.

Luigi: Y/N? Are you ok?

Y/N: I-I'm fine, L-Luigi. J-Just a little vomit.

Luigi gasped.

Luigi: Are you ok?!

Y/N: Y-Yeah.

You came out of the bathroom, you almost fell to the floor but Luigi caught you. Luigi looked at you worried. 

Luigi: Oh, Y/N. We gotta take you to a hospital.

You nodded at Luigi.

============

Luigi was in the waiting room with Mario, pacing back and forth.

Mario: Bro, calm down. I'm sure she's going to be ok.

Luigi: I know, I know. I'm just so worried.

Doctor: Mario? Luigi?

Mario got up from his seat. Luigi went to the Doctor and was worried.

Luigi: Is she ok?

Doctor: She's ok! There is some news.

Mario: What's the news?

The Doctor looked at Luigi and smiled.

Doctor: Luigi, Y/N is pregnant.

Luigi gasped and smiled.

Doctor: I wish you congratulations, Luigi!

Luigi: Is she actually pregnant?!

The doctor nodded. The Doctor leads them into the results room and showed them the results, Luigi gasped and started crying with joy.

Luigi: I... I can't believe it! I can't believe she's pregnant!

========After coming home========

You and Luigi were lying down on the couch, taking a nap. Your head was lying on Luigi's chest and he had his arms around you.

Luigi woke up, sleepily and looked at you. Luigi smiled softly and kissed your forehead. You smiled sleepily in your sleep and you cuddled closer to Luigi.

======Time passes, 9 months=======

It was very late at night, around 2 am, your water broke and Luigi rushed you over to the hospital, along with his brother Mario. Luigi was about to fall asleep until he heard his name being called.

Doctor: Luigi? You can go see Y/N.

Luigi stood up from his chair and entered your room. In your arms were two little babies. One boy and one girl. Luigi gasped happily and walked towards you. He picked up his little girl and cried lightly. Luigi spoke to her in a soft and calming tone.

Luigi: Hello, Y/D/N!... It's me, your dad.

Your daughter was opening her eyes, she had Luigi's eyes. She let out a small giggle. Your son also fluttered his eyes open. He had your eyes.

Y/N: Hello, Y/S/N!...

AN: Guys... you have no idea how hard I'm trying to hold back tears right now. My chest hurts from holding them back.

You wiped your tears away and smiled at Luigi. Luigi sat down next to you and smiled back at you. Your son turned towards Luigi and let out a small smile.

Luigi: Hi, Y/S/N!

You looked at your daughter and she looked back at you. She let out a small giggle.

Y/N: Welcome to the family.
