Hoseok, Jungkook, and I walk inside to Jimin's party together.
I thought it was going to be a house party, but it's more like a mansion party.
Everyone that goes to my school is completely rich, geez...
"There's Jimin, guys! Let's go say hi to him!"
We follow Hoseok's lead to Jimin who's surrounded by a group of girls.
The moment he sees us coming over, he shoos the girls away from him quickly.
"Oh hey guys, I'm glad you made it."
He gives me a smile, so I respond with my own...
"So Leera, wanna dance?"
Jungkook sighs at Jimin's offer while Hoseok suddenly grabs my arm...
"Please don't hurt her. She's my friend, okay?"
"Don't worry. We'll only have a little fun.."
I start to get nervous as Jimin tugs me away from the other two...
He brings me over to the area people made into a dance floor and immediately starts busting a move.
To not make things awkward, I just sway along to the music as best as I can.
Just when I'm starting to feel comfortable though, the song stops and is interrupted with more of a
rave beat.
Everyone starts to scream in excitement for the new change in music, so I quickly cover my ears...
Come on. Focus on anything but the screams...
Once I feel like the screams should be over, I uncover my ears and look back to Jimin...
He gives me a concerned look before leaning close to my ear.
"Are you okay? Would you like some punch?"
Everyone keeps on yelling and hooting at the loud music though, making me scared...
"Do you need to sit down? Is this party not your thing?"
I shut my eyes tight for a moment, trying to ignore the loud noises as much a I can around me again.
Once I feel better from trying to think of happy things, I shout so he's able to hear me...
"Sure! I'll have some punch!"
He nods before walking towards a bar area...
The music's beat drops now, so everyone jumps along while screaming their lungs out it seems...
The memory of my father punishing me suddenly flashes before my mind...
"Nononono.."
