It took some time, but I convinced Namjoon into parking down at the next block to wait for me so that Jungkook doesn't see his car in the driveway.

Now I'm alone on his porch...

*knock knock knock*

I prepare myself to wait quite a while, but I'm actually met with him opening the door after the first knock...

"What are you doing here?"

He looks frantically out at the driveway, so I'm glad I had Namjoon leave already.

"I wanted to explain to you what really happened.."

"Well how did you get here? Can you please go? Let's just talk about this on Monday.."

"No, I can't handle waiting. I want to just get it off my chest."

That catches more of his attention, so I continue quickly...

"I was never going out with Namjoon behind your back. You should know that's not like me. I only went out to a restaurant with him because we both...work there.."

"Oh you did mention something about working once...How do you have time for that when it seems like you're doing homework all the time then?"

"I make it work somehow. My grandma can't afford the apartment by herself, so I got a job as a waitress.."

I can't tell what he's feeling right now. He looks distraught the most for some reason though...

"When did you get the job?"

"After one of the first days of school.."

"How come you never told me this then?"

"Well I didn't want you to know where I lived either, but look how that turned out."

"But wait, so you never actually cheated on me?"

"Of course not."

Jungkook POV

The pit of my stomach falls as I realize how wrong I've really done...

She's been innocent all along...

I'm the cheater now...

The car that I've been fearing to pull in the driveway even pulls in and I don't know what to do...

It's too late to hide her inside or drive her somewhere else...

My dad soon comes out and he marches straight over to us...

"Planning on being a failure tonight too? Go and study already!"

"Dad, not now.."

"Who is this? Some slut you found on the street?"
