chapter 9

Anna's pov.

     Its been two months since I've started working for Mark. I've been saving up to work on my apartment and decorating it. So Amy, Tyler, Ethan, Mark, and I are all at the mall.

     I wasnt sure what kind of look I was going for, but the gang decided we'll work on my bedroom decor today.

     We walked into hot topic so I could grab something to put on the walls, specifically a Bi pride flag. The crew didn't know yet, so this is how I planned to come out to them. "guys look! A bi pride flag! Imma get it for my room." I say, hoping they'll get the hint.

     "What?" Mark asked, confused. I started to get worried Because I wasn't sure if they'd support me. I shrunk down and said "im.. I'm bi" Amy squealed and hugged me tightly. I got confused "wha-" I start, but she cuts me off by saying "I'm so glad that you trust us enough to tell us. Thank you!" She says.

     Ethan soon joins the hug, then Mark. Tyler stands there awkwardly. "oh come on Tyler. Join the hug" I say. He sighs and gives in, joining the hug. I giggle and think about how happy ni am with my best friends.

     I pay for the flag, and I grabbed some pride pins to put on the flag.

     We walk out and head to a candle store. We start going through and looking at all the candles, smelling the ones that might smell good. I picked up a lavender and vanilla one and smelled it "oh my God this smells so good. Amy come smell this" I say. She walks over and smells it "oh wow. You're right" she says. I grab four. Yes I need that many, don't judge me.

    Next we go to a Target that's connected to it, and get blankets and comforters to match. And I grab a few pillows for my bed and couch. I know it's supposed to be for just me room today, but I couldn't resist.

     After we left the mall, we went to Ikea so I can buy a desk and table. I pick a white desk and a cute shelf to match. Then I get a little cushioned chest seat to put at the end of my bed and so I can put extra blankets in it.

     After we do all that, we all go back to my apartment and Amy and I start to plan where to put everything, while the boys play my board games in the living room.

     After that, it was about 5pm and we were all hungry. We sat in the living room, deciding on what we want.

     "How bout we go out to eat somewhere nice? My treat. Since I did drag y'all around with me today" k say with a giggle. Ethan looks at me and says "nah Anna. We all had fun today. I think everyone should pay for their own meals. But going out sounds nice." I nod at his words and smile.

     Everyone went home to get ready and we decided we'd meet at Mark's at around 6:30. I got dressed in this:

And I walked over to Ethan's apartment. Since we live so close, we decided to go together.

    I walked in to his apartment without knocking. I mean we're best friends. It's fine.

    "Ethan?!" I yell for him. I hear a muffled "yeah?!" I giggle and walk to his room, asking if I can come in. He okays it and I walk in. "I can't decide what to-" he starts and looks at me. Them stops. "what? Does this outfit look bad? God damnit I knew I should've picked something el-" I say. But he cuts me off and says "you look great, Anna. I've just never seem you wear something like that, or use makeup to that extent" he says with a small smile. I nod and thank him. "I'll help you find something." I say.

     I ended up picking this for him to wear:

     Once he got dressed, it was 6, so we got in the car and headed to Mark's.

   We got there and everyone was ready to go, so we left early. The restaurant we went to wasn't that fancy, but it was still classy but casual.

    We got sat down and ordered drinks. Then we all started talking.

     "How about we stay at mine tonight and just have a family night?" Mark asks. I nod and Tyler does too. I look at Ethan, who's spaced out. I nudge him "E? What about you." I ask. He nods. "sounds good" I nod.

     Eventually we all eat and Amy, Ethan, and I agreed to go to Target to grab snacks and stuff for everyone.

     "Oh my God Ethan look! Those onsies are sooo cute. We should get them and match" I say. He giggles and says sure. I walk over and grab my size and his. I walk back over and put them on top of the snacks and drinks. We go and check out.

      Once we get back to Mark's, I run into Amy and Mark's bathroom and grab her make up bag and grab a makeup wipe, removing my makeup up.

     I throw it away and grab mine and Ethan's onesies and grab him and pull him into the bathroom.

     "C'mon let's get dressed" I say and start removing my skirt. "woah Anna what the hell" he says I look at him and turn my head "what?" I ask. He starts "are you just gonna get naked I'm front of me?" He says. I roll my eyes. "oh for gods sake ethan. Youve seen a girl naked before. Besides, I'm keeping my underwear and bra on, it's not a big deal" I say and continue to remove my clothes. I put the onesie on and I look over and Ethan's removing his shirt, now just in his underwear. Ok damn.

     He puts his onesie on too and we walk out, clothes in hand. I put mine in the guest bedroom and Ethan does too. We walk into the living room and Mark is setting up clue, the board game.

     We all, for some reason, ended up hanging out in the big bathroom just hanging out. Everyone is a bit tipsy, besides Mark Because he can't drink.

     "Tyler we need to get you a girl" Amy says, slurring a bit. "what do you mean?" He says. "well I have mark, ethan has Anna-" she says but I cut her off "woah now. Ethan and I aren't together Amy." I say. She rolls her eyes "well... Not yet" she says. I chuckle and roll my eyes. After that, Ethan and I got distracted by each other.

     Soon we all passed out in the living room.
