Mark and Jeno finally went down the stairs. "You guys settled in?" Mark asked. "Yeah, pretty much why it's my treat." Jaein explained the whole design challenge to them. "How did Hyuck win anyway? He has the most basic room in the whole world." Mark said which he earned a glare from Donghyuck. "You guys wanna see?" Jaein asked, excited for Mark and Jeno to be visiting their dorm. "Sure, we don't have anything to do anyway." Mark and Jeno decided.
They showed the 2 the rooms and saying that they were shocked was an extreme understatement. "Haechan... you are amazing!" Jeno shouted in awe. "I know." He said, flipping his non-existent long hair. They later left the dorm and went to the university's canteen.
They ordered lots of food, considering that Jaein was paying for everything. "Guys, chill yo asses, nobody's gonna steal your food." Jaein said with a tiny hint of sass. The others just shrugged and continued eating. "Aren't you eating, babe?" Donghyuck glanced at Jaein and saw her not eating anything. "Huh- oh, I'm not hungry..." She answered, a small smile on her face. She was staring at another table. Donghyuck followed her gaze, only to see her staring at the other group of popular guys.
If Donghyuck's group were sweet and nice, the other group was the complete opposite. Renjun, their leader, was the cold and musically talented boy that girls fall in love with at every love story. Then there's Jaemin, he's the flirty fboy and sporty guy that is usually the dude that breaks your heart before you meet your 'boyfriend' in those clichè 'romantic movies' . Then there was also their friends. They were the type to date you because of a bet, then break up with you when you were already genuinely inlove with him.
Donghyuck was mentally panicking. 'Shit, Jaein. There's a thousand boys here, why them?!', Donghyuck shouted inside his head. Since he was beside her, he grabbed her hand and intertwined it. Jaein looked at Donghyuck. He immediately continued eating his food, with one hand holding her hand.
He put some of his food on a spoon and fed it to Jaein. "Eat this or I'm not letting go of your hand." Donghyuck threatened. "I have no problem with that, hun." Jaein grinned. "Oh- wait, wrong threat." He realized. He let go of her hand which caused Jaein to whine. "Either you eat this or I'm never holding your hand." He corrected. Jaein slightly scoffed. "I'm not eating." She fought back. He continued eating, ignoring Jaein who was whining about not holding his hand. "Hyuckieeeeee, your handdddd~" She continued.
After minutes of whining, she sighed. "Fine, I'm never holding your hand again!" She grumbled. "Hm, okay." Donghyuck mumbled. "You're supposed to say, 'Okay, I'm sorry'!" She frowned, which caused Donghyuck to chuckle and turn to her. "Why would I?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. Jaein pouted and pulled Donghyuck's sleeve. "Let me hold your handdddd~" She returned to whining. "3 spoonfuls, and I hold your hand." He offered, still eating his food. "1 spoon!" She whined. "3 spoons." He said, unfazed. "2 spoons?" She asked.
Donghyuck shook his head 'No'. "3 spoons." He said, still eating. "Fine..." She sighed out. Donghyuck looked at her and smiled. He fed her 3 spoonfuls of his food. She smiled and grabbed his hand. She closed her hands, intertwining their hands, but Donghyuck didn't do the same. He just pulled his hand away, chuckling. "Oh come on! You promised!" She whined for the 100th time that day. Donghyuck stuck his tongue out and continued eating. She stared at Donghyuck and pouted. He looked at her and laughed. "Fine." He said, before taking her hand and holding it. Jaein smiled and talked with Donghyuck, completely forgetting about the boys she was staring at a few minutes ago.
"Okay guys, we're gonna go back now, me and Jaein have some things to fix back at the dorm." Donghyuck stood up and walked to the dorms with Jaein after saying goodbye to the 2 boys. "Okay, so what should we do with the living room?" Jaein thought of an idea that would seriously surprise people. "Let's go shopping!" She screamed excitedly, smiling widely.
