This idea has been done before. I've read fan fics with this idea. But there needs to be more devil!Lance fanfics.
So far I've only read 3, there should be more!
The idea is that Lance is secretly Satan. Or he he is secretly Lucifer, the son of Satan.
Lance is shapeshifted into a human amd is pretending to be a human. He constantly plays dumb and weak. But really he is this all knowing amd all powerful being.
I've read some where Coran is the first to find out the truth. He sees Lance's body scan when he is in the healing body, and sees that he is not a human, but a being of pure quintessence.
I've read one where Keith met Lance in his devil form long ago. He meets Lance later on at the garrison, not knowing he's the same devil he met ling ago.
And I've been thinking that maybe I should do my own take on it. So if enough people want it, I'll write a short story with this idea.
This idea is free for the taking of course because it's not mine. But if you do wrote a fanfic with this concept, tell me please :')
