Dom's loss

Date night

Faiths POV
Mia has pulled me into her room and sat me in a chair before I could process anything.
"Dom asked me out?" I stuttered out
"Yes and it's about time! I am picking out your cutest outfit!"
I rolled my eyes and just stayed still as Mia moved quicker than flash running and getting me ready. She was talking while she was working but I couldn't understand her.
"Okay your ready I am going to go!" Mia said before leaving.
She had put me in a gorgeous black dress with an open back. I started at it in awe. As I looked I saw scars on my back and immediately wanted to change. I went to my closet when I felt a hand pull me back.
"Your beautiful" Dom said.
"But th." "I don't care about them" Dom interrupted me.
He may not care but I do. These will always be apart of me and haunting me everywhere I go. Dom noticed my discomfort and put his black leather jacket around me.
"I thought you didn't care"
"I don't but I want to see you comfortable. Plus your cute in my jacket"
He ended up taking me to a fancy restaurant for dinner. We sat their and simply talked about the fun times we had together before I left and some fun things I missed out on.
"So buster raced you for slips cause he had no cash"
" yeah almost blew up his car too"
I rolled my eyes and let out a laugh. Dom then payed for dinner and we went back to the house.
This is the life I missed. Being at peace with my family by my side. A part of me knew this wouldn't last but I didn't want to believe it. We got back and everyone was asleep.
"Did you have fun?" Dom said sitting on the couch holding his hand out for me.
"I loved it" I said taking his hand.
He pulled me to sit on his lap and snaked his arm around my waist. I leaned back so I was against his chest. I must have fallen asleep cause the next thing I remember is being carried upstairs and being left in my room.
I woke up the next morning and went downstairs to help Mia with breakfast.
"How was it?" She asked smirking at me.
"It was amazing we got dinner and talked and then I fell alseep on the couch so he carried me to my room" I said smiling and blushing.
"He always cared for you more than he did for anyone else" she said making me blush more and hide my face.
"Don't hide your beautiful face from me" Doms husky voice said has he came up to me and kissed my forehead.

I know this chapter is late I did not expect this book to be so loved. I wasn't going to continue but for you guys I will. I need to rewatch some of the movies but I think I am going to have Faiths ex and Cypher team up. If you have any ideas let me know.
