Shivaay came back from his thoughts from the loud shouts of his son...

Arsh was standing in front of him with his palm on his thighs..... Shaking him....... Shivaay looked at his tear stricken face still in daze...

Ar: papa...... Mumma..... Mumma is missing....... Where is mumma.....  Papa .....

Shivaay looked around and finally reality struck him....... Calling Khanna he took arsh on his arms and left the office grabbing his phone and Arsh's bag.....

As Khanna came running Shivaay handed him arsh and his bag and asked him to take care of arsh.....tajing out the car keys from Khanna he rushed out of his office after kissing Arsh's forehead.....

Reaching out of the office building he asked the security abt annika..... The security guard directed him to the side where the texy just left...

Getting inside the car he followed the security guards direction. While looking around on the street for annika......

After driving to  Distance he stopped the car and banged his hand on the staring wheel thinking that he missed her.....

That's when hid eyes landed on a taxi which was parked a lit far and people were gathered around it.

Driving to the taxi he got into the crowd and tried to see what happened

Going forward his steps stumbled as he saw annika lying in the back seat of taxi breathing heavily . She was sweating and had clutched her Kurta from chest.... Picking up her in his arms he immediately sat on the taxi and asked the driver to drive towards hospital.....

He patted her head and caressed her hair to ensure her that everything would be fine

In hospital

Annika was taken by the nurse while shivaay went to the doctor for knowing about her condition.

Since the doctor didn't knew abt her medical history he asked for a few minuets so that he could examine her.

Shivaay was sitting outside in the corridor waiting for the doctor ...... He though to tell Omru about Annika and Arsh but he was hesitant as Omru were still upset from him.

After a few minutes he gathered some courage and dialed Om's number....

The later picked his call within a few rings....

O: hello.

S: hello.....om plz come to hospital rn.....

O: why what happened to you..... Are u okay?

S: yes I m fine but Vo.... Actually Annika.... She is... Here....

O: what?..... Annika?.....ok wait I m coming

S: bring rudra as well

O: OK.

As he finished the call doctor walked out of her room and shivaay rushed towards him

S: how's she doctor?

D: you are?

S: her relative

D: than I hope u must be knowing abt her tumour?

S: tumour....whi.ch....tumour?

D: actually she is having a breast tumour...... And it's on the last stage..... I think she wasn't taking medicine or. May be the medicine weren't appropriate and because of that there Is a fungal infection in her tumour.... That is spreading towards her lungs
She doesn't have much time.....

S: isn't there any way to save her?

D: yes we can perform operation but for that we need permission from.the patient or there close family members.....in such cares we perform a surgery in which the effected body part is cutted off..but it is quite expensive

S: don't worry about money please proceed for the surgery.....

D: we can't start it now....  First we hace to take permission from patient or there close ones....

S: how much time will it take for her to get her conscious back?

D: we have given her medication she will be up in some minutes till than please complete the formalities if the patient agrees.... We will start the surgery...

S: Can I see her?

D: yes but don't disturb her.

The doctor left from there while Shivaay walked towards the reception to complete the formalities....

After some time...

He walked inside her room and looked at her face which was pale and dull....sitting beside her he held her hand in his..... While his eyes teared remembering there old memories.....

S: what have u done to yourself annika....i know I did wrong but I was waiting for you..... That u will come and apologize..... I though I would forgive you and we all life like a happy family but you chose to leave......and now when you came back.... U are again planning to go.... What the fuck u want ..... Why are you doing all this..... Don't you know you have responsibilities......arsh needs you..... And what about me.....

He was crying when he heard knock on the door..... Wiping his years he looked up at the nurse....

N: sir.... These are the things patient was carrying....

S: keep them there

The nurse nodded and kept her things on the table beside the door and left....

After a few more minutes Shivaay walked up-to the table and was going through her bag when something shiny caught his attention..... Taking out the thing he looked at it keenly and suddenly his eyes widened as he went to flashback when he first came across this chand bracelet
