Very shortly after arriving at the hospital to visit Sam I was very quickly whisked away by some female pack members who were under the Alphas order to prepare me for this "ball" happening tonight.

I had had two fellow women pack member apply my makeup and fix my blonde hair into long bouncy curls. I'm still not to sure why William had sent them for me? For some reason he didn't see me capable of behaving and doing as I'm told. I was then fitted into a long white dress which ran to the floor fitted tightly around my waist. I let my hand run along the diamonds laced around my neck. I looked like an ideal pure hearted Luna, the light in a dark Alphas life. A little angle in which I couldn't help but chuckle at for it just shows how appearances can be so misleading.

I stared myself up and down in the large mirror in Williams bedroom.

A question did come up in my mind as to why he had a large mirror overlooking his bed. I however came up with that answer very quickly being very disgusted with it.

Examining my face I took in every feature of mine to find they have been emphasised and enhanced, with my eyelashes longer and my bone structure made ever sharper and my skin smoothened to perfection. But the part hardest to fathom was that I was in a dress like this, I could barely recognise myself in a dress. I have only really worn dresses as a little girl, this is the first time in a long time.

My thoughts were interrupted by a knock at the door. Causing me to then turn my attention to the door as a small shy women entered.

"Good evening Luna." She stated quickly bowing her head slightly before standing up straight again.

"Good evening uh I'm afraid i don't know your name?" I replied

"Oh of course Luna I am rose" she said still refusing to meet my eyes.

"Hi rose nice to meet you, do feel free to come in."

"Thank you Luna but I was just sent to assist you down to the ballroom." She said still having not moved from the door.

"It's alright I will make myself down there on my own in a minute." I replied turning my attention away from her.

"Okay Luna I will let the Alpha know your on your way." She then again timidly bowed her head.

"Thankyou rose" I said smiling back at her causing her lips to tips up a bit before shutting the door behind her.

Leaving Williams chambers I walked out into the hallway. Deciding that I wanted to wait as long as humanly possible to go downstairs, so decided in taking the much longer route down to the ball room.
I kept wondering and taking different turns slowly starting to lose myself in the rather large house.
Until I came across a very familiar balcony. I couldn't help but let a little smile grace my face by seeing this very balcony.

It is the balcony I used to sit upon for hours as a child. It's the best view in the whole house, for it over looks all of the pack lands.

I could watch the packs warriors fighting and my dad leading them, and me just dreaming of being able to join my dad one day and have him train me to be Gamma. Me and my mother would sit up here too as well as William sometimes as-well. We would just talk and talk about what it would be like when we are older.

How he would be Alpha and me the top Female fighter and hopefully his Gamma, although I was always aware about the controversy and obstacles which stood in the way of me getting that position without me being a male heir. It is engraved in all of us as children that the men are the strong providers and the women must be feminine and soft and main purpose is to bring up pups. But William always said he would make me Gamma, he and my dad were the only ones who thought of me being truely capable of the position.
