Trying to Keep you in the Light (Aqua/Anti-Aqua X Male Reader)

Tower of Terror...

POV third

As the two of you make your way back to the castle town, a flood of Shadow heartlesses appears, surrounding you two.

(Y/n): "What the-!"

Aqua: "oh no..." *gets in a fighting stance* "Careful, (Y/n)!"

After saying that, the shadows started swarming together to create a heartless tornado.

(Y/n): "Ok, What the fuck is THAT!?" *Takes out his spell book and iron sword*

Then the tornado shoots towards you both, making you two dodge out of the way quickly.

(Y/n): "Shit, the things fast!"

Aqua: "Stay back! Thunder!" *Launches Thundaga at it, but it seems to do almost nothing* "what!?"

(Y/n): "Move!" *Stands between her and the heartless, with the spell book going through pages quickly* "Eat this! GIGA FLARE!"

You create a small red glyph on your hand and launch a concentrated beam of flames from the glyph at it, causing it to break apart.

(Y/n): "Nice!"

Aqua: "Move, (Y/n)!"

After that, Aqua quickly pushes you out of the way while also jumping away from the flood of shadows that were going to reform on the two.

Aqua: "Don't lose your focus!"

(Y/n): "Sorry!" *Tosses your sword at her, which she catches easily and charges at it while you get your spells ready* "Let's try this! STOPZA!"

With the tornado frozen in place, Aqua runs in and slashes at it multiple times with the sword before jumping back just when Stopza ended, making it take a huge hit all at once.

It then slams towards the ground, disappearing. The two then stand back to back, keeping an eye out, until a second one appears with the one you were just fighting.

(Y/n): "When did a second one get here?!"

You charge at the one facing you, dodging it's attacks before launching Blizzaga on it. You then used Stopza to freeze it in place, after which you launched Firaja, Blizzaja, and Thundaja towards it, but froze them as well with Stopza.

(Y/n): "Ok bastard! Time to end this! ELEMENTAL BURST!"

You then launched Ultima on it while also deactivating Stopza on all three attacks, causing them to crash onto the tornado all at once, which just got out of the Stopza you hit it with. After getting hit, it begins to fade and you try to catch your breath from launching all those high tier magics in a row.

(Y/n): *panting* "Not the best name... But it'll do..."

You then look to see if Aqua is ok, only to get hit hard by the other tornado.

(Y/n): "gah!" *Crashes into a wall*

Aqua: "(Y/n)!" *Runs towards you, only to get smacked away by the tornado*

You try to get up, but the massive magic drain from your attacks and the hit almost knocked you out, and you could see that Aqua wasn't doing better.

(Y/n): *panting* "What's the plan, Aqua?!" *Launches some low tier fire spells on it*

Aqua: *panting while looking around* "..." *Sees a broken building on its last legs near them* "(Y/n)! Lead it there! I got a plan!" *Runs ahead*

(Y/n): "COULDN'T YOU HAVE LEFT ME MY SWORD AT LEAST!... Dammit!" *Takes out the broken Keyblade on your back, holding it backhanded* "Guess we're doing it this way!" *Launches Blizzaga on it*

You get the tornado's attention, then start sprinting towards where she told you to lead it, using the Keyblade to hit the small shadows that tried to surround you on your way.

Meanwhile, Aqua is racing towards the building she saw, and is hitting the walls as much as she can without knocking it down yet.

Aqua: "... That should do it."

(Y/n): *running towards her* "Heads up, Aqua, it's almost here!"

Aqua: "Ok. (Y/n), when I tell you to, hit the thing with Stopza one last time, I'll handle the rest!"

(Y/n): *panting* "Right!" *Starts getting the spell ready as Aqua runs in with your iron sword*

As she continues to hit it, the shadows tried to surround you two, but she used Reflega to block them every time they attack. While fighting, the creature started moving towards you, going right where she wanted it to go.

Aqua: "(Y/n), Now!"

(Y/n): "Stopza!"

You freeze the tornado, and run past it as Aqua launches a Firaga at the wall, making the building start to crumble, with the creature underneath it. After the building falls apart, you both then try to catch your breaths.

(Y/n): *panting* "is it over?..."

Aqua: "I..." *Panting* "I think so..."

You can stop the music here if you want.

Once you both made sure that the area was clear of heartless, you made your way back to the castle town.

Once you make you way to the room you two used, you turned to her for some answers.

(Y/n): "Ok, what the fuck was that thing, Aqua?!"

Aqua: *not looking at you* "That... Was a Demon Tower. A Demon Tower is a group of Shadow heartless that come together to make a massive swarm... I've fought it for a while now..."

(Y/n): *panting* "I've never seen one before..."

Aqua: "... (Y/n)..." *You look at her* "we need to leave, if they are showing up near here..."

(Y/n): "... Right. Ok, let's grab our things a go..."

After saying that, you start packing up your things while Aqua looks out the window. But, what you didn't notice, was that her left eye was now yellow instead of Aqua-blue...
