25: cuddle

The next morning Jungkook woke up before Taehyung. And he took this time to stare at him. Taehyungs head was laying on his bicep while one of his arm was wrapped around jungkooks chest.

His cheek was squished, jungkook smiled gently touching the hybrids face. Tracing his fingertips over his jaw and nose.

He liked it, waking up like this. Having him at his side. He wanted it again and again.

Slowly Taehyungs eyes blinked and he opened them. Looking around identifying his surroundings. He then locked eyes with Jungkook and he smiled.

"morning kookie" he said snuggling closer. Jungkook wrapped his arms around the other without thinking Or any hesetation. Pressing his nose in Taehyungs hair.

Taehyung hummed with a smile. This is what he wants, to cuddle in Jungkooks arms. To be safe and happy. And with Jungkook he felt safe and happy.

He wondered what this day will bring him.

But he also felt scared of what happend. He didnt want it to happen again. He just want to have. A peaceful life after fighting for a escape of that hell house all those years.

But something in him warned him that he shouldn't smile to early.

"im sorry i wasnt home earlier. You wouldnt have gotten hurt." Jungkook said. Taehyung looked up.
 
"its okay. It hurts but, i had..worse" taehyung said and looked back down. Jungkooks heart clenched at his words and he hugged him tighter.

"Its not okay, you shouldn't be getting hurt"

"will Kookie protect Taetae?" Taehyung mumbled.

"Kookie will protect his Taetae" Jungkook said and held Taehyungs hand. The hybrid smiled and closed his eyes.

He fully trusted the older.

He fully trusted Jungkook.

The two stayed layimg in ned fir almost a hour. Not talking a lot. They were just enjoying the feeling of the other close to them. Realising how much both wanted it. How much both hearts were beating faster for the other.

And that hit Jungkook again like a truck. He had realised how worried he was when Jin called that the house got attacked. He was scared to lose Taehyung,

To not be there when he was taken away a second time. But this would be worse. This time he would be killed. He cant let him leave him again. He had to keep the hybrid. He wont give up a second time. This time he will do it right.

This time he will make it right.

The two were now in the car. Jungkook said he was takimg Taehyung out for a drink. He wanted to hekp taehyung over his fear for unknown people.
The hybrid was exited, Going somewhere with Jungkook.

He stared out of the window looking at all the people and streets. It was a crowded day.

"okay we are here" Jungkook parked the car close to the cafe he wanted to go to with him.

Jungkook walked to Taehyungs side seeing the hybrid look out of the window his ears flat. He shook his head.

"come on tae they wont hurt you" Jungkook said and opened his door. The hybrid shrunk the sounds of the people and many cars filled his ears.

"its alright, im with you" Jungkook extended his open hand. He had to be patient.

Slowly Taehyung placed his hand in Jungkooks and let him guide him out of the car into the crowd. He clinged tightly onto Jungkooks arm with both hands as they walked in the stream of people.
