[This song kinda reminds of Sydney (to those who have read the old one)]
Maddie
"BABY?"
"Sydney, Honey. Are you home?" I called out walking up the stairs, confused on where she was.
"Sydney?" I called out again and this time I got a response.
"Over here!"
I made my way over to where I heard her voice and opened the slightly ajar door. To see her on her laptop sitting against the wooden bed frame as her fingers glided and pressed on the keyboard.
I sighed in relief and laid down on the bed peacefully next to her, "I thought you left me.." I whispered and closed my eyes as my arm wrapped around her waist.
"I would never leave you.." She spoke softly running her hands through my short brown hair.
"Promise?"
"Promise"
I smiled softly and snuggled closer to her, "I love you"
She giggled, "Love you, too"
-
"It's the last year of highschool and I don't have a boyfriend yet.." Seo-jun sighed, hitting his head on his locker.
I giggled and began to put away a few of my textbooks, leaving only one in my hands for next period.
"How do you do it, Mads?" He asked with a desperate look on his face.
"What do you mean?"
"How do you, you know, get all those girls. I can't even get a single guy!" He says grabbing my shoulders and shaking me back and forth.
"Oh, um" I nervously laughed not knowing the answer to that.
He sighed and let go of my shoulders, gripping the strap of his backpack.
"Seo-jun!" A tall boy ran up to him and engulfed him into a tight embrace almost suffocating him.
"H-hi, uh"
"Jeremy" He let go of Seo-jun and gave him a huge smile showing off his pearl white teeth.
I looked back and forth between the two and from the way this Jeremy guy looked at my bestfriend gave me one conclusion.
"Oh. My. God." I breathed out as I tried to contain my squeals.
"W-who are you?" Seo-jun asked, a visible blush on his cheeks.
"You don't remember me?"
Seo-jun shook his head with a confused look.
"The club? We kissed" Jeremy said causing Seo-Jun's face to explode into a red shade as he began to fidget nervously.
I decided to leave them alone and walked towards Sydney and her little group of friends.
Syd looked up from her phone and grinned upon seeing me.
"Hi" She greeted wrapping her arms around my neck as I put mine on her waist.
With one of my hands, I gently ran my fingers through her blonde hair.
This moment only lasted for a few seconds since the bell rang. Sydney pouted playfully and hugged me.
"You're gonna be late, Syd" I said pulling away from the hug.
She sighed but nodded going on her tippy toes and pecked my lips.
She waved wiggling her fingers and left to class.
I bit my lip and watched her walk away.
