Chapter Three

Shinsou's P.O.V

It was weird how Captain just opened up to me even though he just met me. I started blushing furiously. Did I just call him Captain?!?!? Wait why would that be bad hes the Captain of the ship! I thought. I continued blushing thinking about it as Kami burst through the door.

"SHINSOUUUUUUUU!" Kami yelled running towards me with some sort of sticks in his hands.

"Hi Kami." I said used to his outbursts.

"You can finally come outside! Shoji made you crutches! You can walk nowwwww!" He yelled holding up the crutches that Shoji? made.

"Um okay?" I said looking at him not moving.

"Well what are you waiting for get up you lazy bum!" He said smiling setting the crutches on the ground. I smiled laughing at him.

"Okay okay, I'm getting up." I said with a smile pulling my legs over to the side sliding on the shoes that I was given earlier that week. I reached up and grabbed the crutches steadying myself and I stood up as Iida entered the room.

"Wow! You're taller than j thought you were!" Kami exclaimed when I finally got on my feet.

"Kami please we haven't seen him stand yet and I'm taller than him." Iida said adjusting the crutches to my height.

"Sorry Kami but you're just short." I said with a small laugh.

"Come on! I'm not that short! I'm just a few inches smaller!" Kami exclaimed crossing his arms with a pout.

"Kami if you quit pouting I'll let you introduce him to the crew." Iida said standing back up looking at Kami.

"Deal!"Kami yelled running out the door as Iida chuckled.

"He has an electrifying personality. Or at least that's how Captain puts it. I haven't actually got to talk to you much Shinsou." Iida said as he helped me get out the door.

"Yeah I guess we haven't really..." I said awkwardly trying to work the crutches which were just made.

"What do ya think of the Captain?" Iida asked as we got outside and I was blinded by the bright sun blushing slightly.

"Hes alright..." I said looking over at all the people working across the ship.

"He seems to have taken a liking to you. Giving you his room and all." Iida said looking around for Kami.

"That's his room?" I asked surprised.

"Yeah, when we found you we put you in the closest room which happened to be the Captain's cabin. Hes just let you stay there." Iida said spotting Kami and walking towards him making sure that I was keeping up.

"So where did the Captain sleep these past weeks? If I was in his room." I said looking at Iida while still concentrating on the crutches.

"He slept down in the Baracks with us. He didn't want to disturb you." Iida said looking back forward. "Kami! I got him out here! Are ya gonna introduce him or not?!?" Iida yelled towards Kami.

"Yo! Shin! Get over here! Let me introduce you to the crew!" I hobbled over to Kami trying to keep my balance on these new crutches. When I got over to him Kami smiled at me brightly.

"This is Jirou! She's the only doctor on the ship so She takes care of everyone on the ship!" Kami said extremely excited pointing to a purple haired girl. I looked at her and smiled.

"I'm Shinsou. You're the one who saved me right? I thank you for that." I finished looking at her happily.

"I actually didn't save you, Captain did. I didn't know how much blood you had lost at that moment so I admit I didn't go as fast as I should have but when I got there Captain had you're leg stabilized and all I had to do was stitch you up." She finished looking at me crossing her arms.

"Captain saved me....?" I asked questionably not directed towards anyone.

"Yeah he did I was with Jirou getting supplies and when we got there he was wiping blood off his hands." Kami said for once in his life calm. "Now come on! Let's go meet the rest!" Kami said his demeanor completely changing running off to grab more people.

"Look Shinsou. The Captain has had a real rough past, hell half of the crew dosen't even know where he came from. I'm just saying that he likes you and he's never done most of the things he's done for you. He may look scary and brooding most of the time but he is a really good person." Jirou said patting my shoulder walking away. I looked around the ship seeing the water move around us. Everyone was so calm and happy here, nothing like it was on the other ship.

"Yo Shin!" Kami yelled causing me to look up at him. "Come meet the other new members of the crew!" He finished cheerfully. I smiled making my way over to Kami as he was talking to a few people. I stood carefully by Kami waiting for him to introduce them.

"Okay so Shin these guys we picked up when we found you in the crate. They were looking for jobs so we took em in." Kami said smiling and I nodded smiling back.

"This is Ojiro." He said pointing to a tall male who waved slightly smiling.

"Hi." I said timidly waving the best I could with crutches.

"And these two are Momo and Shoji! Shoji is the one that made your crutches!" Kami said happily pointing to a black headed girl and an extremely tall and muscular man. I looked at Shoji with a smile.

"Thank you for the crutches Shoji." I said smiling brightly at him.

"It wasn't my idea it was the Captain's." He said holding up a hand smiling back.

"Oh yeah!"Kami said suddenly. "Almost forgot about-" Kami started to say but when I looked up I seen an all too familiar face.

"Monama...." I said quietly my face paling.

"Oh! Shinsou, long time no see..." Monama said waving at me smirking. "I see your leg has heeled nice. I should get better aim..."

Kami immediately saw what was going on and stood in front of me lowering his eyes even though he was shorter than me.

"Get back Monama." Kami said lowly scaring me.

"Heh, I knew I probably should have kept my mouth shut, but I couldn't help it. Ya see Captain Bakugou is looking for you Shinsou. And he dosen't plan on letting you get away." He said grinning while Shoji grabbed him. He starts laughing. "Now wont he get a kick out of it hearing that you're on Todoroki's boat. It'll be just like the old days." He finished still laughing even though Shoji was holding him back. I started shaking and crying. I cant go back... I started to wobble on my crutches loosing my balance and falling.

"Shinsou! Are you alright?!?" Kami exclaimed dropping down to my side. I started breathing heavily unable to catch my breath.

"Captain! Get down here!" I heard him yell but I could barely pay attention. I heard heavy footsteps stomping on the deck but all I could think was that i can't breathe......
