Chapter 1

Lacy POV:

I woke up and looked at the clock 4:00 am. Yes, I know this is earlier but I need to pratice. The roxy surf team try outs are NEXT week. I am good but I dont think that I am roxy surf team good!! Im sooo nervous but so excited at the same time. If i make this then I will be on the Roxy Surf Team. To state the obvious. I can finally persue my dreams in becoming a pro-surfer.

I got up and went into the bathroom washing my face to try and wake myself up. I went back into my room and changd into my blue roxy bikini and jean shorts. Eyy who needs a top. I put on my short tan uggs and took my hair down from its messy bun leaving my long light brown hair in waves. I went downstairs grabbed my surf board and took off on my longboard.

I get around by using my longboard. I have my license but no way, i hate driving. I got down to the beach in melbourne with only a few surfers on the waves. The waves were perfect today! I put all my stuff on the beach and ran into the water. The cool crystal clear cold water splashing my skin.

I paddled up to the other surfers waiting for a wave. There in the distance I saw it my wave, there were a few other surfers who saw it, no way this one is mine. I paddled faster and faster as the wave approached. I stood up on my board beating the other surfers to it. Surfing was my passion, my life I couldnt live without it. Once I had the wave I owned it.

I ended my perfect wave, earning looks of respect from the other surfers. I surfed a few more waves when I thought it was time I headed in. Perfect timing as soon as I was leaving my rival Kelly showed up. I'll admit that chick can surf but we didnt exactly have good terms. Everything was like a competition to her. She had to always be the best always number one in EVERYTHING!

Word on the street says that she will too be trying out for the roxy team next week. Even though she tried out last year and didnt make it! I walked by her recieving a look, I just shrugged it off and put my jean shorts and uggs on. I grabbed my board and headed to my favorite smoothie place of all time. I got in ordering my usual banana strawberry smoothie.

"The waves were good today yeh?" Asked Ty from behind the counter. Ty is my bestfriend besides Kayla. He is my best guy friend. We've known each other since I was little. "Yeah they were pretty good today!" I said smiling and taking my smoothie. "You ready for the try outs?" He asked as I took a sip from my smoothie. "Ey im just really nervous, Kelly is trying out as well!" I said rolling my eyes and taking another sip.

"Ugh hate her!" He said in a really bad american accent. I laughed and handed him the approprate amount of money. "Catch you around!" I said leaving recieving a wave from Ty. I got on my longboard and headed home.

I was sitting on the couch eating popcorn, it was around 4:00 pm. My iphone started to vibrate I unlocked it, I had a new text message from Kayla:

Hey Lacy!! There is a bonfire at the beach tonight!!(: Wanna gooo??

I responded:

Heeeyy Kayy!! Yeahh sure when and where?

I will pick u up at 7:00 pm!! C u then<3333

I loved bonfires! They are always a lot of fun! Hot guys, fire, smores, music ahh so excited!! I got up and went to take a shower.

Beau's POV:

I was sitting on the couch watching MTV when my phone started to vibrate. It was from Skip:

Hey bro! Bonfire tonight at 7! Wanna come?

"JAI LUKE COME HERE!" I yelled to my brothers. "Yo whats up?" Luke said walking into the room with Jai. "Wanna go to a bonfire tonight?" "Ight were in!" Said Jai looking to Luke. "Alright dipshits its at 7 and its 6 now!" I said texting Skip back.

Yeah bro we'll be there!

Ight! Pick u up at 7!

Heeeeey guyysss! Well so I decided to delete my other story becuase I just wasnt feeling it. But this one will be better. It is still kinda my first fanfic because I deleted the other one.
