True Love Finding You!!!
Part 1Eilaine Montgomery looked over the veranda of her mansion. It was planted behind the walls of a gated community out San Souci. Her home stood upon a hilltop causing her eyes to pierce over the ocean view. The sun had recently set over the horizon causing a picture perfect twilight of the evening. What a beautiful sight it was for her viewing. It made her feel like falling in love all over again. She removed her long, black, curly hair from across her face for the seventh time. The wind challenged her from the moment she had set foot on the wooden deck harnessed from white oak. The slight breeze tossed her hair to and fro about her body....
For a moment, the still waters caused her to reflect on her younger days of adolescence when she'd always desired to fall in love with the man of her dreams. She recalled the many times she often day dreamed about Richard, even before she'd met him. She had imagined him to be a kind individual with a giving heart. She'd come to understand the importance of having a man with such a fine attribute in her life. Her father had everything to do with this. He was the apple of her eyes and she could see no wrong in him as a child. He was strong, independent and caring. She was determined in fulfilling her hearts desire for a man just like him.
She admired her mother for having such a grand man in her life. Living with both parents had taught her the foundation of a good marriage. She'd learned the value of having a husband in the home just by watching them. She knew that she too one day would take on the challenge of being a good wife to her husband, whomever he was. During that point in time, she was more than ready for the man of her dreams to come and sweep her off her feet. But first, she had to wait just a few more years to accomplish her educational goals.
Her philosophy in life had always been to obtain a good education first. She believed that once one obtain an education, everything else would fall into place. She had chosen not to give anybody the time of day until the first portion of her life was fulfilled. As s result of this, during her teenage years she found very little pleasure in dating. She went out occasionally with her friends but never really got into any serious relationship with the young men during her younger years. She was very much focused on her goal in life.
Plans were in motion for her to go to prom with Lorenzo Washinton but it didn't quite work out that way at all. He was just too full of himself, always talking about his accomplishments being the most popular guy in high school. His wealth and his looks had pretty much to do with his success. This combination had him at the peak of his popularity. She was bored by the stories he often told about the vacations he spent with his family in Paris and Dubai. She knew that he was not the one for her.
Lorezno's fame and fortune meant nothing to Eilaine because money was never an issue for her family. Her parents were partners in two major Realtor Companies in the Bahamas. In addition to that, they also obtained partnership in two major International Oil Firms...Not to mention the Shares they partook in the great Atlantis planted in the Bahamas. She knew what it meant to grow up with a 'silver spoon' in her mouth due to her parents accomplishments. She literally had need for nothing!
She was really glad when Lorenzo eventually left the relationship and they both parted their ways. She knew deep within that the two of them did not stand a chance as a couple. They had character differences from the foundation. She considered him to be rude and obnoxious. He was the center of his focus. He lived to spend all the money his parents had made during their lifetime investments. On top of all that he was too egotistical for her.
"Madam Montgomery" ..Her private thoughts were interrupted by the familiar voice of Maxwell Culmer, one of the household Butlers. He worked for them as an inkeeper for almost twenty years and had climbed his way to the top as the head butler in the Montgomery's Mansion. Eilaine turned around and gave him her undivided attention..."Yes Maxwell".. She replied...
"Dinner is served Mam". She was not hesitant in following his footsteps down the spiral staircase and into the huge dining room. The room was well furnished with the best of everything. On the walls hung three huge self portraits in its original state of Sir. Lynden Oscar Pindling, whom at that time when the picture was painted was the current Prime Minister of the Bahamas. Also posted was a portrait of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, the Father of Freedom for Blacks and the third portrait was of one of the Bahamas' greatest musicians from time began Sir Ronnie Butler. Both she and her husband enjoyed the original sounds of Rake 'n' Scrape music. Ronnie was one of their favorite artist during their younger years. All of the paintings were autographed by the individuals and were posted in very huge frames made out of pure gold.
