Mining with the pros

Strange

        Michael looked down at the lapis, surrounded by mobs and lava, and seethed in frustration. He was accompanied by his friend, Jayden, who merely said, "We don't have to have all the lapis..." Michael, enraged by this sudden strand of speach, shot out of the darkness and killed half the mobs before the could say 'run'. Jayden stumbled by the lava and Michael shot him with his bow so he would'nt fall in, all the while killing mobs. Slowly, however, he was being pushed to the edge. He slipped into the lava and the respawn screen came up. He had lost. Michael got up from the xbox, glaring at Jayden, who had died after being shot by a skeleton. Katie's voice came over skype, "You died by falling in lava?! Were you trying to get every bit of lapis again?" Michael's gaze turned to the computer, where his friends were staring back. Suddenly, Lia's face came on the screen. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!" Michael fell off his seat and everyone laughed, including Michael himself.

        "All right, everyone, I think it's time for the grand finale...", Michael said in an overdramatic tone, "...The BATTLEDOME!!!!!!!" He quickly made a new world and invited the group on, giving everyone the ability to teloport. The teams were: Michael, Katie, Jayden, Mariah, and Lia against Cambell, Olivia, Zach, Mya, and Sandy. The game timer was struck and the 20 minutes had begun. First, Michael got wood and stone, building a small fortress, then Lia found iron and Katie came back with diamonds. They all made full iron armor with diamond swords and bows and got ready in the improved lapis castle for battle. All this had taken them about 15 minutes and they had some time to spare, so Jayden got a horse and diamond armor for it, and Michael used the spare iron to make a train and trainrail to the middle of the dome.

        Michael heard Mariah yell, "They're coming!" and ran for the wall, Jayden passed him and gave him a quick farewell, heading for his horse. The plan was to draw out all of the enemies to Jayden, on his horse, until there was no-one to protect the obsidian, then Jayden would 'run away' in the other direction, all the while Katie, Mariah, and Lia would be shooting at the enemies. While they were busy, Michael would get in his train and speed off to their base and mine the obsidian before the got back.

        The plan had worked, Michael was at the base and he could'nt even see the enemies in the distance. He quickly mined the obsidian and the messaage came on screen:

Server:The Blue team wins!

Everyone cheered, but all was not well. The obsidian was gone, replaced by a sphere of black. Wait, a shpere?! Michael teloported everyone to him and they all stared at it. "What is it?", Katie asked. Those were the last words any of them said. They were suddenly pulled into the ball, not their charecters, but them. The ball contracted and dissapeared, and they were gone.
