Aracella's POV

"Where did you want to eat?" James asked me.

"Francesca's!" I told him with a big smile.

"Do you want me to call mom and our brothers?" He asked getting his phone out waiting to dial.

"No, that's okay. Can it just be you and me?" I asked.

He looked shocked when I asked him. It took a minute for him to regain his composure. "Yes, I would like that very much." He said and covers his face with his hand. "Should we get going?"

"Yes!" I smile at him. We head out to the parking lot where the car is waiting. My brother stops Luke our chauffeur from opening the door and opens it himself. "Thank you brother. Should we discuss the drawings while we enjoy dinner?" I asked him.

"That seems reasonable," he says as he smiles at me. We drive for about thirty minutes before we reach the restaurant. My brother helps me out of the car. I look up at the building in front of me and smile sadly. In five years it wil go out of business. More to the point it will be driven out of business by a rival restaurant.

"What's wrong Cella?" My brother asks me.

"Nothing I was just remembering the last time dad brought us here," I lied.

"It was your birthday two years and ago. A year later dad died. We were lucky we didn't lose mom that day too," he said smiling sadly.

"Lets go in. I am getting hungry," I smile trying to brighten the mood.

"Okay," he says and I grab his hand as we walk in. The waiter leads us to our table and precedes to take our order.

"Okay we will have that right out," the waiter says and leaves.

"Should we began talking about the business you wish to open," my brother gets straight down to business.

"Yes. I understand the risks brother but I can do this. If it will ease your mind I will accept that you will most likely wish to place someone by my side for a bit to make sure everything goes smoothly. I will comply with that wish," I tell him basically begging him to allow me to start the business.

"Very well, I...." He is interrupted my a voice that makes me want to vomit.

"Cella is that you?" I turn to see Renee Devenpool my soon to be ex-best friend. But lets make this a slow and possibly humiliating break up.

"Renee, w...what are you doing here?" I pretended to be shocked to see her.

"I came here with a friend," just then a young boy no older then fourteen peeked his head around a man behind her.

I clenched my fist in anger. It was him! My betrothed Richard. He claimed he didn't know Renee, that it was there first meeting when they met at my engagement party.

"Cella are you okay?" I hear my brother call to me.

I take a deep breath, I have to calm down. I get up from my seat and stand with my back straight. I give them my most angelic smile, "It's nice to meet you. My name is Aracella Leon. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
He steps foward and gives a clumsy gentleman's bow. I can't help but giggle. "Sorry but I thought you ought to know even though my family is well respected we are not royalty. So there is no need to give a gentlemans bow."

"Sorry I..." He blushed.

I tilted my head and smiled, "It's fine."

"I'am Richard Vernon. It is a pleasure to meet you Ella," he gave me a nickname of his own accord.

That nickname really pissed me off. "It Aracella, not Cella, not Ella, no one but my family and close friends are allowed to call me by a nickname." I told him with a cold look in my eyes.

"Hey Cella would you mind if we join y'all," Renee said trying to lighten the mood.

I tuned to her, "I am sorry but we are discussing business right now."

"You are only twelve how can you be studying business. Your still in school," she said.

"No my sister has already graduated. She got her GED just this morning. She will be opening her own business in a about two months," my brother said.

"Oh, congratulations Cella. Well we will be taking our leave now. Come now Richard, daddy is waiting for us," she said and walked off. I can see her face as he walks past me her eyes give her emotions away. Even if she has a smile on her face I know she is pissed.

"Cella can we continue," my brother asks.

I turn to him and smile. "Yes, we can definitely continue right after I go to the bathroom." I get up and head to the bathroom. When I get there I check in all the stalls to see if anyone is there. Seeing no one there I look in the mirror and began crying. I see my past self and she begins to talk to me. I know I am not crazy and I know she is not really there, she is no more then my inner monologue.

'She lied to us!' She said.

'I know,' I said to her as I touch her hand and lean my head against hers.

'What will we do now?' She asked.

'We find out the truth,' I told her. As I am leaning against my reflection someone walks in.

"Little one are you okay?" She asked.

"I am okay," I said and wipe the tear rolling down my cheek as I give her a angelic smile. I head out of the bathroom and walk straight into someone.
