Ansel woke up. He looked around, before stretching his limbs. He stood up, and went to wash his face. He splashed the cold water to his face. He felt so much more refreshed. He remembered what happened last night. He started to feel heat rising to his cheeks. You finally remember, huh? His wolf smirked at him.

Shut up. He told him mentally. After a rush of embarrassment, he was now confused. Then, his thoughts were interrupted when a servant slammed open the door. "You! The Alpha called for you." The servant loudly yelled, before closing the door again. Ansel groaned, "Why the hell is he so loud. It's fucking 5 am in the morning."

He quickly changed in his work clothes that every servant wore, before heading to where he was told to. Wait a minute. The Alpha?? Ansel was quite slow at times. This had caused him to be fooled multiple times when he was younger. However, they were never really serious.

When he arrived, he stood before the door that separated between him and his mate. He could already smell the scent of his mate. He holds the handles, before pulling on it. "You're supposed to push." The guard whispered to him. "Oh." He pushed it this time, and it opened this time. He gives a small smile of thanks to the guard before heading inside the room.

When he entered, he saw his mate and another man. The other man looked really gentle. He was smiling kindly at Ansel, when he saw him. Even Ansel couldn't help but smile back at him. This caused the man's smile to be even brighter.

"Elias." Irvin simply said, his voice sounded quite irritated. Elias couldn't help but grin to himself.

Elias began to start speaking, "You are now assigned to be Alpha's personal servant. You will help him out in the morning to get dressed. You will bathe him, when he desires. Bring his meals to his office or chambers."

Ansel was quite taken back at the sudden progression. First he rejected him by making him a servant, and now he wants him to be by his side all the time? Elias smiled at him, "I hope it's not too much." Before Ansel could say anything. Irvin spoke instead, "This is not too much. He should be expecting this as a servant."

You never asked a servant to do these for you before. Elias thought, but didn't dare it outloud.

"You are dismissed for now. You should start tomorrow." Elias said. Ansel nodded, and left quietly unable to come up with any words to say. He went to the library he was assigned to since he finished sweeping the west garden. He was also almost done with organizing the books. He picked up a stack of books. To his carelessness, one of the books fell to the ground. He mentally cursed to himself, as he placed the stack of books down and picked the one that fell down.

As he wiped some dust that remained on the book's cover, he noticed something. It had nothing on the book's cover. It was just a plain and blank book. He looked at the back of the book; empty. He opened it, and continued to turn pages. Even the pages were blank. Which he thought was strange, because all the other books had writings on it. This one was somehow blank. He started to feel uneasy as the more he turned the pages.
