I wake up because of my stupid alarm. But I know I have to get up for practice. I'm a jock so practice is practically my life. I play football, basketball, and soccer but right now it's football season and then basketball season is afterwards. Soccer season already happened and we placed second in the championships. But for football I wanna place first to make my school proud and myself of course.
My closest friend yoongi walks in interrupting my thoughts and yells which is rare. "Wake the hell up kook we're gonna be late the alarms didn't wake us up early enough!" I groan but I know it's my responsibility mostly because I'm the captain of the team and quarterback. "Alright I'm up I'm up!" I yell back but then add on "wake hoseok and namjoon hyung up so they can get ready too. I don't want the rest of the team to be there before us." Yoongi then leaves after an "okay".
I live in a big apartment with my closest friends more like brothers. Namjoon, yoongi, and hoseok. Namjoon and yoongi were bestfriends since birth and just bought an apartment together because they were already 19. Me and hoseok are blood brothers he's 19 and I'm 18. our family lives in busan but me and him chose to move to Seoul because there are more opportunities in Seoul that we could choose to take in our career path. We met namjoon and yoongi and became so close that we all now live together.
I get up and head to the restroom and wash my face and brush my teeth. I dont shower because I'll shower at school after practice.
Morning practices are new to us because we usually practice after school. But now it's gonna be both after school and before school.
After doing my stuff in the restroom I head to my closet and just wear some shorts and a hoodie but I also get some extra clothes to change into after practice and put it in my football bag.
I hear a knock on my door and it's namjoon. "Yo kook you ready?" I grab my shoes and head out. "Yeah let's go I call shotgun." I say heading out of the apartment with joon. "To late hoseok called it man" namjoon says and I give a mini playful glare to hoseok and just end up laughing. But then I add "alright then I'll drive"
On the car ride to school hoseok brung something up. "Aren't the cheerleaders gonna be practicing at the same time as us?" At this my mind goes blank but then I remember what coach said. I then groan. "Ugh yeah but that doesn't mean to slack off and get distracted, plus they're gonna be in the gym we'll be on the field." Namjoon starts laughing at this "you should be telling the others that because they are non stop pervs sometimes" I roll my eyes at this because I know it's true. Then yoongi brings up a name that I despise. "That means Taehyung and Jimin will be there doesn't it?" "That's worse 'cause they now for sure will be distracted and not just them but yoongi and hoseok too!" Namjoon says and I crack up because we know that they both have something for Jimin. But before the conversation goes any further we get to school and I park the car. we get to school at the same time as kim because hoseok points out Jimin getting out of their parked car and I just mentally roll my eyes ready for another day of seeing that stuck up dumb brat.
