Chapter 8

"Awww..!!" I groaned.

Lord I don't even wanna think about that freak right now he disgusts me intensely, Hhh...

I slept through the day after studying Geography, God I love that subject. I groaned lazily not wanting to get up as I heard a knock on the window. I planned to ignore it but it was persistent and was making me infuriated. Damn.

"Oh Sal I'm so glad to see you" I said getting out through the door that lead to a small balcony outside my room woaw today's air's chilly.

"You like the weather.. ".

"Yh I love it " I replied smiling. "So what brought you here?" I ask curiously.

"Oh so I can't just come to see my bestie.. " He said making a childish pouty face. " I'm  so hurt " He added fake crying.

"Yh that's so funny " I said chuckling. "But you know what I meant".

"I came to take you for an ice-cream " he said grinning.

"Aww that's so nice of you babe I could really use an ice-cream right now, but too bad for me I can't go".

"I have spy" I added in an air-qoute.

"Thought so and I-" he wanted to say something but stopped mid-way. "U up for a drift ?"  He asked energetically.

"Yh sooo yes!!  But that's only gonna work if my spy-1 is not at home".

"Okay so you even have Spy-1 »Spy-2, you're such a celebrity" He teased.

"Can you blame me I'm the Big-Boss" I said twilling in a circular motion and and slightly curtseyed".

We both laughed. " Okay let me go and check ". 

As I walked back to his room I opened the door slightly and didn't find him, I knocked on the toilet door and also opened slightly afterwards and still found no one. That goes for every path of the house.

Yh my dad wasn't home to, Yeessss!!.
I was now on Sal's car sitting in the front seat too. Yh I didn't even dare seat in the back seats cuz he's gonna start with the -am I your driver stuff.. I chuckled at the memory.

"Let's get going then" he said more like to himself, and I grinned.

He drove to the most empty road where drifting's usually take place in the area.

Gee my favourite song is now playing."Ready? " he asked before he started. We were in a Nissan S14.

"Wait I wanna open the top window and stand out to feel the cool night air and video-tape" I said winking at him.

"K cool, but be careful alright ".

"Sure, I'm ready start".

OMG he's just the best. He was drifting like nothing was as easy. And damn the songs booming through the speaker.

"Wooow yessir" I shouted I'm so freaking excited right now,  yh I'm videoing.

After he was done with that. "So are we gonna have my lesson's?" I asked when I was back in my seat.

"Definitely" He smiled broadly at me.
And we exchange seats.

I showed of my first moves making a lot of smoke before doing the exact technic he thought me last time topping it with a new technic I learnt from You-Tube. Personally I didn't think I could pull it off but guess what I did and that's your boss!! I smirked.

"Yesss !! Wooo» and that's my pupil !!"Saleem hailed me.

"You feeling me niggaaa" I said feeling myself too. "Yessir".

"Yes I'm so feeling you sis" He even saluted me.

"And that's my bestie-  Woaw where did you learn the last two moves from? " He enquired with his belighted expression.

"You -Tube of course ".

"Cool" he said and I parked the car.

"I bought ice-cream, I thought if you couldn't go out with me" He said handing me mine yh with my top three favorite flavors.

"Thank you Sal, like really tnx both for the ice-cream and this...

Am really so grateful, I was in a bad mood before you came and now I don't think something can spoil --"

Oh hell yeah many things can like...

I don't need a reminder of that. "Well I'm just really in a good mood now, thanks to you" I concluded.

"If you say another word of gratitude amma choke you " he jokingly threatened and I laughed.

And he added "Anyways what are big bro's for " he said smirking.

"Oh hell no!! It's just two years, it ain't no big deal..?!" I stated frankly.

"It so is".

"Sooo notttt! ". I said making an annoyed pouty baby face at him.

"Okay whatever" and added "I'm still older than you " he said winking at me.

"Yh whatever, let get going before one of my spy's get back home" I said.

"Roger that " he said and we exchange positions him now being in the drivers seat.

Before he started the car "Noor " he said offing the music.

"I wanted to tell you that if anything is ever wrong you know you can always tell me right..?" He looked at me and I nodded. "I will always be here for you, just like you were for me, for Cammie, and even Ameera, you're always there to help your friends through their struggles, let us be here for you too" he looked at me pleadingly.

"You don't have to keep it all in, and we all love you so much, please always remember that, okay? ".

"Okay I'll  and I love you'll so freaking much too".

He smiled contented, before starting the car and taking me home.

Alhamdulillah none of them were back. And my mom most certainly didn't notice.

"Hhh " I layed on my bed looking up at the ceiling.

"Wow that was enthusiastic" I smiled satisfied.

I'm now trying to hack my school's websites trying to search for the school Jace attented, I'm not seeming to find any. Maybe he was a drop out since middle school or sth...

"Nah that's crazy " I spoke to myself.

Well whatever, and bommm.

"Heyyy" My sis said getting in the room and removing her very long heels.

I  just looked up at her with no expression on my  face."Guess what!!"
She said fervor. I kept quiet knowing she going to continue anyway.

"Farouq is going Paris next week and he thinks it will be exciting if we go together!!" She said enthusiastic doing a little happy dance.

"Okay and how's that gonna happen" I asked with a bit of sarcasm in my voice, though my face is still void of any emotion.

"You are gonna help me with that" She said smiling nefarious.

"Cuz guess what I didn't grow two heads or whatever you might be thinking, I didn't just get my hopes up when he asked me, I told him they was no way I could go with him and he thought for a brief moment before telling me his genius plan".

"And guess what that is!!! ".
