The battle is done and both the Northmen and the Vale soldiers were numb and looked confused of what just happened.
How is this possible? Sansa thought as she entered the city that was meant to be the centre of chivalry and heroes from the songs... but instead it gave her nightmares and pain.
"This wasn't meant to happen." she heard Tyrion from behind, "I never thought that he is capable of doing such thing." she noticed the anger in Tyrion's voice.
"This wasn't." Sansa replied.
"And where is the proof for your assesment, Sansa!" he said angrily. "Look around you, everything is burned to ashes!"
"Becouse I can feel it." she told him and parted with him.
She headed towards the Red Keep with Ser Davos and a handfull of guards ready to protect her and came across the Unsullied who have taken the Lannister soldier captive, not knowing what to do with them and Grey Worm stepped in front of her and said, "Your Grace, we have taken these men and are waiting for further orders," Jon probably didn't gave them any specific order, that is good. "what shall we do with them?"
"Release them." she ordered the Unsullied.
"But, My Que.." Grey Worm was confused at her order.
"You heard the Queen, my friend there is no need to kill unarmed prisoners." Davos replied for her and Grey Worm muttered something on Valyrian and the Unsullied let go the prisiners.
They walked near the center of the city and found the Dothraki and the Unsullied cheering their victory amongst the ashes. Sansa started to climb the steps leading to the Red Keep and on top of it she a horrified Jon who limped and without a greeting he said, "What have I done?"
He took notice of Sansa, Arya and Tyrion alike and was suddenly ashamed of them.
Tyrion tried to confront him, but all Jon did was turning his back at them and headed inside castle as if he was trying to escape the entire war.
I knew it wasn't you.
"Can someone explain to me why Jon looks so ashamed?" Arya asked confusingly.
"I wish I could know that by myself." Tyrion replied as if he too doesn't understand what is happening with Jon.
"It probably must have been Drogon that wanted to burn the city instead of Jon."
"We don't for certain who wanted to burn King's Landing but right now I am taking your side." Tyrion sounded confused at all of the circumstances.
"There is only one way to find out." Sansa said confidently, "I am going to find Jon and talk to him."
And find out what happend with him.
