As the last bell rings me and jamie dash outside holding hands. We live next to each other so we walk home together. I blush holding his hand. We let go of our hands and started walking (well running) and we kept laughing. We talked about today. It made everything so calming talking to him. I hope it's calming for him to talk about me. (kinda confusing) we slow down and I look at the cars going by. The sound of leaves falling, the wind brushing the houses, and a squirrel. I smile thinking about how pretty nature is. Next thing we know, we're already home. We say "Bye!" and "See you tomorrow at school!" before we go in, i yell at jamie "WAIT!! I got you something!" I ran to him and gave him the box..i put some drawing tools in because he loves drawing. "And I have something for you connie..!" he says. I blush as we trade our gifts. I wave "Bye for real this time!" I laugh and blush. I run inside and go straight down stairs to get scissors. I cut open the box and gasp with cuteness! It's a little clay wolf statue that he painted with detail! I love iot. I hug it and throw the trash away. I run to my room and put it on my empty shelf I got yesterday. I feel bad that he made me this detailed, colorful, piece of work...when i only gave him coloring tools. Well, i hope he likes it! I used my own money for his gift. I jump on my bed, remembering all the memories of me and jamie. I look across my room, me and Jamie in pre-school. And me and him in 4th grade. We were at the beach. Somehow I remember it like yesterday. I wish I could go back in time. Memories are memories..what can i say? I smile. the moment is ruined from a noise from outside. I run down the stairs and trip. The pain coming to my knee doesn't matter. There could be a stalker! Or worse.. I run through the halls and rush outside. I hear it from the bushes again.
