As I walked to the guild girl I could feel the eyes of other hunters upon me.
"a-ah! umbra,y-you completed the quest that q-quickly?" the guild girl asked a slight hint of fear in her voice.
"Actually no, I gave up on it..."you lean in right to the girl's ear and whisper "the rathian actually had two baby rathalos with it and I won't force those young ones through that pain..."
the guild girl seems to silently gasp before slowly turning to a smile" oh well then I have a quest for a seltas queen if you're interested?" she said handing you the quest paper.
the quest said how a seltas queen was spotted near a village and how a hunter is needed to slay it. I accepted the quest leaving to the area for the quest not knowing the things that awaited me.
2 hours later
I was in the middle of the battle with the seltas queen.it kept trying to grab me with its tail only for me to dodge or block with my schattenstolz. I had just blocked another of its grab, running low on stamina I didn't notice the bullfango charging at me from the corner of my eye. the bullfango slammed into me knocking me to the ground, before I could get back up the seltas queen's tail grabbed me lifting me into the air. I could feel a crushing pain around my waist which almost got unbearable..until it stopped and I fell to the ground. I looked to see the seltas queen walking away...and to lower half of my legs. I laid there, in a pool of my own blood looking at the sky. it's funny, me one of the elite hunters died because of a stupid bullfango. I could feel my vision fading thinking this was the end...and then nothing...no blinding light...no eternal flame..only me...and darkness. looking around I couldn't see anything even when I reached for something all I got was nothing. suddenly my vision started returning but not before... I passed out.

heya sorry if it's a little short and sorry if the grammar or so sucks.it is my "actual" attempt at a story. and just note I do INTEND to finish this story, and any tips or so would be appreciated a lot!.
