We go through life making so many decisions, making so many mistakes and learning so many new things. However, there's one thing that nobody can teach you, and that's how to deal with being in love. Unfortunately, that is something you have to learn by yourself. Or at least, it's something I had to learn by myself.

It is almost impossible to walk through life without finding love somewhere along the way. It's just hard to tell whether that love is true or not, or whether you are just simply in love with the idea of love. Although there is a very thin line between those two things, if your feelings for someone are strong enough, you'll be able to tell the difference, or so I've been told.

See, I, like any other 16 year old girl, was one who had convinced myself I was in love many times, but truthfully, I never was. I'd just never found anyone whom I was compatible with. Sure, I'd liked guys before but I'd never found the one who had my heart speeding at 1 million beats per minute, the one who made my stomach erupt with butterflies or the one who just seemed to fit with me like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle. Then again, I suppose I have never been the average teenager. I'd lock myself away for hours so I could listen to music. I'd tell my friends I was busy because I'd rather be alone. I'd prefer go to a concert than go to a popular kids party. Due to all of this, people often called me a 'fangirl'.

I wouldn't quite say that label was correct, I didn't stalk celebrities, nor did I know everything about them. I just simply found joy from listening to certain bands' music. Damn, I could listen to 5 seconds of summer, all time low, one direction or the vamps for hours and still be at my happiest throughout. Although, one thing is for sure, I never imagined that I would even meet a member of one of my favourite bands, nor did I ever expect that I'd become aquatinted with one of them...

Ok, ok. I'll shut up. Now, here's something I never thought I'd share with anyone. Here's something that to this day, I still find unbelievable. Here is something that is extraordinarily strange... Here, is my story.
