Chapter Six: Just The Two of Us

Jake and Shane was almost late for their class. The professor enters the room. The room became so quiet, so quickly, you could hear a pen dropping on the floor. Shane looks at Jake, Jake smiles at Shane. Shane smiles back, it was almost like they could even make each other happy without even touching or talking to one another. Shane's POV: I am freaking out. What if my dad ever sees me and Jake.. kissing or worse making love. My dad isn't so excepting to the fact of gay lovers. When he left my momma for another women he made me change my name from Dylan to Shane. Because he found out about my high school boyfriend mike. And then my dad told me and mike that him and mikes father was dating.. but then they lost in touch.. the moms found out.. and everything went to good to total shit storm. Jake POV: I can tell something is wrong with Shane. He won't even look at me right now.. should I ask him what's up? I don't even know what I should. I have anxiety about relationships.. and this is my um first relationship.. and I kinda have this fetish that I am kinda worried to bring up.. I don't know how he will react. I have to tell him.. I'm gonna tell him when we get back home.

Dean's POV: my mind is always thinking about my ex lover.. and I know I am so hard on Shane, but I don't want him to go through what I did with mikes father... messing up a marriage is always on my mind now. Now that my wife doesn't want me back. It makes it hard for me to tell Shane that it's okay to be gay. But if I was never gay in the first place then I would still be married.. it's not that I am against him going with guys... it's I don't want him crying over some guy.. there's not a day where I don't think about him.

The clock hit 12PM. It's time for break from collage classes. Shane and Jake walk out to the cafeteria to get some sushi and Dr Pepper. Jake sees that Shane is getting this chocolate chip cake with whipped cream and chocolate strawberries. The two young adults went to their dorm room.
