After her hair and makeup were done she walked downstairs and left she got into the carriage it brought her to the All Clans Banquet hall
When she arrived everyone was already mingling, she tried being discreet walking down the huge staircase.
She sat down for awhile many males tried talking to her but she blew them off.
She went to get a drink when she was approached the male was being very persistent so she excused herself to get air.
She went out to the balcony she exhaled deeply.
"You don't like this sort of thing" a mystery man asked
She smiled "well I guess not this is my first time at a masquerade ball"
He felt her Aura "are you a goddess "
She smiled warmly "would you like to dance avoiding the question.
He stuck out his hand and she took it he twirled her around then held her closely they danced to the music that was playing nearby.
"Do you know any of the Demon Princes" he asked as he twirled her around
" No but I guess by reputation I hear about them" she answered honestly
"So are you afraid of them there reputation is bad?" He asked
" no why would I be ,you can't judge someone just by what you hear even if it's bad you don't know why or what got the person there" she replied
Making him smirk they slowly danced for awhile talking getting to know each other.
She made him laugh he loved listening to her talk but they were interrupted and he had to go before he did he asked her what her name was she told him.
She decided that she would leave she stayed there for a decent amount of time. She made it all the way up the stairs.
"Leaving so soon " the mystery man asked her
She smiled warmly "yes "
"Do you want to get out of here with me " he asked
She look at him but didn't say anything
"Just to talk I promise " he said matter of factly
She giggled nervously and accepted his offer.
They walked out together he took her hand and led her down a path
He led her to a meadow at the end was a huge cliff they went and sat the view was spectacular you could see so far it was dark the city below was light up.
There were so many stars in the sky, a shooting star shot through they watched as it passed.
"Hurry make a wish" she said as she closed her eyes
He looked at her he couldn't believe how cute she was being.
When she opened her eyes they looked at each other.
He took off her mask "wow your beautiful " she started blushing
She took off his mask he thought she would flinch but she didn't , she didn't even recognize him.
They gazed at each other they slowly leaned in but she stopped.
"I can't " she whispered
"I understand I'm sorry I don't know what I was thinking a girl like you" he started
"No that's not it , it's just I have never kissed anyone before"
He smiled at her and stood up he held out his hand he walked her back to the castle.
"You're a Princess?"he asked
She smiled and shrugged "Barely "
She kissed his cheek "I hope I get to see you again"
