Less than a week later, Rye and his friends were sitting down in the canteen. Andy was sitting down, talking about football to Brook, who only seemed to nod but didn't actually seem to understand a thing he was saying.

Sonny was playing with Brooklyn's hair, to which the shorter blonde seemed to enjoy. And Harvey was nowhere to be seen yet. Sonny and Rye were talking. Sonny was explaining the latino boy some things while the boys were waiting for Harvey.

Rye was already quite adapted to this school. It was probably the craziest boy school he ever attended.
Andy, Harvey,  Sonny and Brook were his best friends already. They were probably the craziest group. Mainly Brook and Sonny. Those two were too much sometimes.

Rye was starting to wonder what Harvey was doing and where he was. Why hadn't he made an appearance yet? What was he doing? According to Andy, Harvey was one of the first to get to the canteen. And Rye could agree. Every time he came downstairs,  Harvey was already there, eating a snack or reading a book. So his sudden disappearance was really strange.

But within seconds, a crowd began to gather in the corridor, outside of the canteen. Brook immediately jumped out of his chair, going to check what was happening.

Rye, Andy and Sonny followed. None of the four knew what was happening. Or who was fighting. But Brook and Andy already had a theory that whatever happened, Mikey did it.

Rye didn't know whoever Mikey was. He hadn't asked anyone. He would probably ask Sonny or Andy at some point. But now their focus was on the fight. Or at least trying to pinpoint who was doing the actual fighting.

According to many people, most fights began with Mikey, the bully. Mikey the asshole. Mikey Cobban.

Sonny, being the tallest, tried using that to his advantage in order to figure out who was fighting who.

"Sonny. What can you see?" Asked Rye, trying to visualise it himself.

"I think... that's Mikey and Harvey. They are fighting. And from the looks of it, Harvey is winning." Said Sonny. He didn't know for sure.
After all, there was a huge crowd in front of them. The smaller ones weren't at advantage.

From the looks of it, the teachers were trying to get to the boys, in order to separate the fight. But at least 50 other students were there, blocking the way, which made it harder for the teachers to reach them.

"Our Harvey?" Questioned Rye immediately, a look of shock on his face. His queries however only earned a small nod from Sonny.

It was indeed their Harvey. And things didn't look like they were about to improve any time soon.

"Come on Harvey!" Yelled Brooklyn, almost at the top of this lungs. This earned a glare from Andy.

"What?" Questioned the blonde "We haven't seen a fight since last June. Leave me alone." Brook huffed. "Come on Harv. Punch hi-"

Andy kicked Brooklyn's ankle, causing the male to whine in pain.
"Meanie." Brooklyn grumbled.

After a bit, it got to a point where the crowd began to disappear. Therefore, Harvey came into view.

Harvey didn't look pretty. He had a busted lip and his jaw looked bruised and swollen.

Andy, being Andy, rushed over to him. However, Rye, noticed the same boy that bumped into him on the alleyway that day.

Their eyes connected. Rye's sweet brown eyes against Mikey's cold blue ones.

There is something about you... And I promise. I will find out what it is. No matter what the costs are.

He thought. The boy was a psychopath. How could someone pick on so many people?

He would find out more about this Mikey very, very soon...

Thank you for reading! I decided to continue this book and hopefully I won't stop. A shootout to my friend aestheticcobban who I dedicate this chapter to. And also MissTaken17 because she is my favourite author and the source of inspiration for my writing.
