At the end of the Music Video, we hear "Open your eyes" and get some visuals of Ateez lying around and at the end Seong Hwa waking up. I don't think this means everything in the Music Video of 'Illusion' is... Well, an Illusion. If it was all a dream how did they move from the desert to some sort of island? I think this comes after 'Utopia' Because of the boat dock and tracklist theory I stated.
What I think is that 'Real Ateez' had to enter some state of sleep of dreaming to reach the island where 'Wave' takes place.
