"YOU DID WHAT?!" Taevan hollered as Sienna's hands quickly reached over to clasp over the loud girl's mouth.

Taevan and Sienna were both sitting at the island in the kitchen, eating homemade pancakes that Sienna's mother had prepared for them.

It's the morning after and Sienna had just now decided to break the news to Taevan.

"You trynna get our asses beat? Yelling like that, you must be crazy." Sienna removed her hands, turning her body towards the entrance of the kitchen to listen out for her mother's possible footsteps.

Once she realized that the coast was clear, she turned back around to face Taevan.

"Cee," Taeven narrowed her eyes as she released her grip from the fork, allowing it drop onto the plate with a loud 'CLANK'.

Sienna hid her face in shame, on the verge of letting out a laugh that she knew would piss Taevan off way more than she already was.

"I know you ain't wait until I fell asleep to break into my phone and do some snaky shit." She lowered her head as she waited for Sienna to respond.

When she remained silent, Taeven threw her head back and rolled her eyes skyward.

"Man do I gotta start hiding my phone at night." Taevan mumbled as she cupped her face in her hands, not wanting to believe that what Sienna did last night was true.

"It's not that serious. We both know he ain't gon see it." Sienna fanned the girl off, clicking her tongue.

She rose from her seat and made her way over to the sink to drop her dishes off, as well as Taevan's that she had picked up on the way.

"Still doesn't make it right." Taevan scowled at her best friend's attempt to justify her actions.

She ran her fingers through her hair and picked up her phone from off the counter, unlocking it to open the Instagram app.

Taevan took this opportunity to change her username, knowing that it had been around three years since she's done so.

She chewed on her bottom lip, her eyebrows wrinkling at the choice of words Sienna used in the message once she opened the dm.

Nonetheless, she let out a sigh of relief once she noticed that the message hadn't been opened yet.

Taevan quickly unsent the message, not really having a valid reason for doing so. He would've never opened it anyways, right?
