Todoroki wakes up looking around his eyes full of fear, as he is looking around his eye spots someone staring at him "h-hi.." todoroki mumbles "I'm sorry kid..I failed you" Aizawa says his normal calm facade breaking into broken sobs his hand grabs onto todoroki's hand
Surprisingly todoroki doesn't flinch instead he grips the broken mans hand it then all comes back to him, this was the man who tried saving him, the man who was a second father, the man who taught him how to be a good person before he signed his soul away to the demon of a brother
Todoroki's eyes water it's almost like a waterfall of tears cascade out of the young boys face, aizawa engulfs his student close as they cry holding each other "I'm sorry!" Todoroki wails "it's fine"aizawa comforts the boy gently stroking his hair as tears of his own slowly fall "what about endeavor.." todoroki says his voice wavering after aizawa had calmed him down "your family is probably gonna wanna see you, we will watch your dad with extra precaution though.."
