tiana was born to a hard working father, and her mother who fluently spoke french, due to where they lived. she wanted to follow in her fathers footsteps and cook. he died when she was young and she made it a promise to herself to open up a restaurant, making her best dish, dedicated to him. she works hard, two jobs back to back, waitressing and cooking, living in new orleans is fun but she works so much she doesn't take the time to settle down and live life how she wants. she continues through her life working to make what she needs to open a place, even though she's barely there she knows she will make it through her hard work and dedication.
