This Terk, my mythical creature. You do not pronounce as it's name as spelled, but rather with an 'i' between the 'r' and 'k'. This beast often hunts at night, although it will hunt during the day if it's super desperate. If it can not find any prey(humans), it will eat others of its kind, or rip one of it's limbs off and eat that and a new limb regenerates. The only time that they meet each other without murdering each other (Unless it's another male or female), is during their mating season which in they meet only to breed. They can walk on either two legs or on all fours. They typically walk on all fours when sneaking up on pray. They are very fast when in pursuit. When the females give birth, they tend to stay and care for the young for about 4 months before leaving them on their own. Most of the young don't survive to complete adulthood. They are very scarce and only a few still live. This is an art entry for a contest.
